Uninsulated cottage 30 km from Kalmar. You can relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. 1.5 km from Påryd where there is a shop , restaurant , outdoor swimming pool with pools and a large newly built playground . 1.8 km away is the owl nest lake. Fishing licenses can be purchased at ICA in Påryd. Several bathing areas in the immediate area. Since the cottage is uninsulated there are: Sleeps 5 April-October 3 beds October - April. Sheets and shower towels are brought by the guest but otherwise there are duvets, pillows and small towels.

Climate-smart little cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (Separett). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-fired stove as well as fridge. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the bare sky. The cabin is provided with solar cells that provide limited but enough electricity e.g. refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/disabled due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Rural cottage in the host's large garden with 5 beds. Please bring your own linen, towels and food. Guests clean themselves. 20 km to Kalmar, 2 km to Vitasand beach and playground. Airy and rustic with old beamed ceilings, renovated in 2021. Family friendly, dining area inside and out with your own barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, etc. Washing machine in the bathroom, drying rack inside, washing line outside. Wood-burning stove and fire pit with free access to wood. Free parking directly in front of the door on the gravel walkway.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

On the east coast of Öland, you will find the charming village of Runsten. Stay in a cozy farmhouse where there is room for the big family. At the back of the house there is its own secluded spot for lovely barbecue evenings and relaxation. It is about 20 km to Färjestaden and 30 km Borgholm. We live about 4 km from Bjärbybadet a nice and popular sandy beach. They also have many other beaches nearby. Welcome to Öland! One double bed and two rooms with single beds. Living room upstairs. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende som ligger i mitten av Öland,perfekt plats att utgå ifrån om man vill utforska hela ön. 1,5 km till närmsta badplats som är Prästviksbadet Lökenäs,badplatsen har gratis parkering och toaletter. 7 km till Ölands djur & nöjespark. Ifrån Juni till September så har ni tillgång till ladan som ligger på tomten där det finns airhockey,pingis,dart & biljardbord för dom regniga eller sena spelkvällarna. Det finns även sällskapsspel & utomhusspel.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Modern cottage (2020) with panorama view over the archipelago and situated 10 m from the water. This retreat is suitable for family of 4 persons.

Close to the sea holiday home.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.

Renovated charming farmhouse on Öland. The house is located on the east side of the island of the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the east road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby bath no more than a few kilometers away as well as only 15 km to the bridge fortress and barely three miles to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
