Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

West-facing terrace with dining area and evening sun. Toilet in the house. Shower and washing machine in separate house next door that is shared with the host. Large garden with barbecue. 2.7 km to a quiet pebble beach. 3 km to grocery store. 14 km to golf course. 200 meters to Alvaret. Bed linen and towels are included for 1 week accommodation. Cleaning is not included!

Rural cottage in the host's large garden with 5 beds. Bring your own bed linens, towels and food. Guests clean up after themselves. 20 km to Kalmar, 2 km to Vitasand beach and playground. Airy and rustic with old ceiling beams, renovated in 2021. Family friendly, dining area inside and out with private barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, etc. Washing machine in the bathroom, drying rack inside, clothesline outside. Fireplace and fire pit with free access to firewood. Free parking right in front of the door on the gravel walkway.

18th century house centrally located

Welcome to a charming accommodation in one of the older houses on Kvarnhomen, in central Kalmar. Here you live in quiet neighborhoods with proximity to restaurants, pubs, attractions and also several swimming areas, all within 2-10 minutes walking distance. In summer, the bike ferry to Öland also goes right around the corner. The accommodation is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. You have access to a cozy courtyard, with a patio and access to a barbecue. If you are looking for accommodation for IRONMAN, this accommodation is perfect!

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

Iron Man Kalmar The apartment is highly appreciated by previous participants since it’s located just 3 km away from the starting point of Iron Man Kalmar. For you who aren’t participating in the race, the location is even better. It’s just a couple of hundred meters from both the cycle course where the triathletes pass two times (1 lap, both directions) and the running course where the triathletes pass six times (3 laps, both directions).

Fresh and well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment with its own entrance in a quiet area in central Borgholm. Close to everything-centre, the beach, forest walks and the castle square. Comfortable double bed in the bedroom and access to two extra beds in the comfortable sofa bed for two in the living room. Bed linen, bed linen and towels are included. Own cozy patio with barbecue , dining area and comfortable reclining chairs. Full equipped kitchen.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Renovated charming farmhouse on Öland. The house is located on the eastern side of Öland in the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.

In the middle of a beautiful fruit garden, consisting of apple and pear trees, currant and gooseberry bushes the house offers privacy and relaxation. The surroundings are fields, meadows and pedestrian-friendly woodland.
