Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Here you can stay in the apple room on our private property. Great location overlooking Kalmarsund. You have 120 meters to Kalmar's most popular beach with a 180 meter long jetty and also a sandy beach with a shallow sandy bottom. You have Kalmar Castle and the Old Town in the immediate vicinity. Right between the city center and nature and outdoor area. Just 500 meters to the nearest restaurant beautifully located in the castle hall. There are two bikes that can be rented for a smaller amount.

Welcome to rent our cozy cottage of about 33 sqm right by the sea on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The location is fantastic about 80 meters to the beach. You are close proximity to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility on our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner on Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

If you are a bigger family, you can book our Attefallshus next door, so you have the whole plot and all the patio to yourself.

Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Cottage with private location located on part of the plot with possibility to borrow a rowboat. The plot is bordered by lake, forest and fields. The plot is shared with the homeowner but guests have part of the plot to themselves to enjoy. In the meadows/fields roam deer and if you are lucky you can also see moose. There are hiking opportunities.
