Very responsive host and the place is spacious enough for 6-9 people to stay

Hiroyuki’s home was perfect for our family trip! Hiroyuki was very responsive and kind. The house was spacious and clean. We loved the location; the house was in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of food options, convenience stores, and it was a very short walk to the train station. Going to major areas like Harajuku, Yokohama, and Tokyo Disneyland were all about 30-70 minutes which was totally doable for us even with our 11 month old baby. The terrain around the area is flat so traveling with all our baggage and baby stuff was convenient and easy (no big hills or unfinished roads)! Hiroyuki even provided us with various baby items (high chair, baby bath tub, pack’n’play, etc) for our little one! A major highlight of the house was the clothes washer/dryer. It was awesome to be able to do laundry during our stay. Overall, we are so glad to have chosen Hiroyuki’s home for our vacation. We would definitely book again in the future!

We enjoyed this location very much and it was a great place to stay.

This is my second time using it. Like last time,🍕 they provided us with service handmade pizzas. More than last time, they have improved the mood🍖 of pizza dough, BBQ setup, and improved the relaxing space [measures against the cold], which is better. It was a great stay because of the environment and the feeling of hospitality. Would love to return again.

It has been a great experience visiting yugawara. We had great time staying in this lovely house. It is near to Lawson, taxi stand, bus stop, and sightseeing area, which is very convenient for elderly . Very peaceful town to visit. The house has everything we needed. We definitely would like to come back to stay at this place and enjoy nature in yugawara again.

Thanks to the very kindness of the host, we had a comfortable time.We were able to relax with all the BBQs and bedding.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

Great spot for a quick night before leaving Japan. This Airbnb would be great for a family or with lots of children. There are nice places to walk to and to see nearby.

This is a very peaceful neighborhood, close to the bus stop, and it is easy to want to go to Yokohama Station.But be aware that there is a need to come back here before 9:00 and the bus runs less after that, but this is true of all residential areas in Japan.I often walk around the neighborhood and want to get a sense of living in the local people, which is a pleasant experience for me.In the cherry season you don't need to go how far you can see the very beautiful cherry blossoms, the mood is very pleasant every day. hiroyuki is a very welcoming and friendly host, the various supplies he provided for me surprised me🙌🏻🙌🏻 was a very nice trip

The host is very communicative, the bed is long enough, the bathroom is smaller, over height occupants may not be very comfortable

We stayed with our grandparents.The rooms were separated, and each room had a toilet and shower, so it was private and very comfortable. The room was also very clean, the bed and futon felt good, and I had a good night's sleep.There is a Kamata Onsen nearby, so I think it is a great location for hot springs and public bath enthusiasts. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!Thank you very much.

It was a pleasure to be our first stop in Japan.Located in a quiet neighborhood, the gardening in the neighborhood is beautiful, and walking is a very pleasant thing. The homestay is very close to Kunuma station, so it is very convenient to get around with Enoden.The walk towards the sea is a family restaurant, Denny's, which smells good. The homestay is very spacious for 4 people, it is also possible to stay for 7-8 people.We will eat and discuss the itinerary in the living room, and dry the clothes on the balcony of the first floor and the second floor. Overall the environment was great, I didn't have any difficulties during my stay, and the response from the host of the homestay was timely and polite.I wish I could come back to this wonderful place again in the future.

About 5 minutes by subway from Haneda Airport, it is more suitable for friends to catch a plane at night or early in the morning.The house is closer to the east exit of the Big Birdju subway, but there is no elevator to go down to the east exit, if you have big luggage or bring a baby car, it is recommended to come down from the west exit of the big bird, you can see it on the right side to the 711 convenience store. There is a loten supermarket near the house, easy to buy water, milk, eat.There are also two drugstores with a lot of stuff.The decoration of the house itself is still quite new, and there are utensils to cook and eat, which is great for a family trip.One surprise was that the shower also had a mini tub, which was tired from shopping.I would stay there again if I had the chance.

We had a wonderful stay there. For 4 people it was perfect, very peaceful and not far from the station. We had some issues learning how to use the washer but the host came within a few mins to walk us through. Station was few mins to a bigger station which actually worked out better because it didn’t get extremely packed. Very walkable to some parks, shrines, shopping and Sakura trees! Go taxi also picks up and drops off. If going to Narita airport be mindful it’s a few hours away. We had a great week there! Thanks again!

I loved the place I stayed at. Not too much, not too little. I really felt at home and it was enough to rest to conquer the day!

A great place to experience life in Japan even for a brief moment. Close to the train station and touristy spots but still in a quaint neighborhood. Great communication and accommodating host. Recommend.

Good for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Hana‘s apartment. Great location right by the monorail station (yes you can hear it but we didn’t mind). Plenty of space. Hana is lovely and has a wonderful aesthetic salon downstairs where I enjoyed a relaxing treatment upon arrival. Highly recommended! Thanks Hana!

There seemed to be a hospital nearby and ambulances were heard a lot every night, everything else was ok

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Love the location! Right in the middle of a really nice neighborhood with convenience stores and a grocery store within a walkable distance! Would love to stay here again with good weather for a few months on if I could! Maybe someday soon! 🙏🏾

Small home away from home! Very nice apartment in a really lovely neighbourhood. Very walkable to great Cafes, restaurants and surfshops. Clean and pristine apartment with no mould or scum. Loved the separate shower and toilet/basin. Would recommend to others and would stay again!
