The house is a real gem – stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. The location is perfect, and I felt comfortable from the beginning. A wonderful place to relax – I'd love to come back!

We had a lovely stay. It was a quick walk from the train station, and check-in was very easy. The house was nice, and we especially liked the older bedrooms. All promised amenities were delivered on. Can recommend!

Nice 100 year old house. Great for 4 to 6 pax, it will be a little squeezy for 6. We are family of 3 so it was perfect. Convenient place to stay when covering Kanazawa. Attractions are all within 10 to 15 mins drive. The wind chimes in the house are beautiful. Recommended place to stay for Kanazawa visit.

Great place for families. The apartment is in a nice quiet neighbourhood close to the station, with plenty to do nearby. It is a 20 minute walk to lots of interesting things to see.

The house was very spacious with high end finishes. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. It snowed quite heavily while we were there so it was nice to have a comfortable retreat. Closest restaurants would be a 10 min walk.

Met our expectations perfectly. Large, pretty and quiet accommodation. The host was very welcoming and accommodating about our arrival time changing depending on the vagaries of the trip. I highly recommend it and will probably go back if I go to Kanazawa again.

Easy check in, functional place, with plenty of space, neat and clean accommodation

Three adults and three children used it, but it was just the right size and had everything I needed, so I had a comfortable stay.The children were also very happy and fun.Thank you very much.

We had such a wonderful experience staying in Keita's home in Kanazawa. From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt right at home. The house is so cosy and inviting, especially in the winter time with cosy blankets and linen. Keita was so kind and caring, going out of his way to make sure that we were looked after, he even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. He also gave us some wonderful suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. Kanazawa has been one of our favourite places to travel to, we have Keita to thank for that. We can't recommend him or his place enough!.

The place was lovely, very clean, well organized, And the price was very convenient. It is perfect for remote working as well, the room had a nice desk and chair, and the early check-in and late check-out is great for working! This time I visited Kanazawa mainly for sightseeing, but I would like to stay there again in the future for a longer period and work from there.

We loved our stay here. Perfect location within walking distance to all the attractions. We travelled with our baby and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare his meals. The hosts left a few toys for him which we really appreciated. The heater warmed the room sufficiently but the apartment is not well insulated and we there was a slight chill next to the windows (it was snowing outside). However, this did not impact our stay and I would book again due to the location, price and room amenities.

Lovely stay in Kanazawa! The place feels bigger in person than in the photos, with a lovely design and comfortably furnished. Excellent location to explore the city. The free carspace was also very convenient for. The host is extremely kind and accomodating. We will stay again next time we visit. Highly recommend!

Michio's place is very well located, right next to the Castle and Kenrokuen (the beautiful Kanazawa Garden), and not far from the Geisha neighborhoods! Perfect for exploring the city on foot. The space was much bigger than we thought from the listing photos, so it was a very nice surprise! Easy check-in with clear and accurate instructions. Umbrellas at your disposal. We really enjoyed our stay in Kanazawa at Sayaka’s place. The apartment was very clean, the bedroom is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great for walking to the gardens and castle. Sayaka sent us clear instructions and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

It was in a location where you can walk to tourist attractions nearby, and we enjoyed ourselves very much.Parking was also helpful.The interior was also clean and I was able to use it comfortably.Thank you very much.

Love the place, very considerate host even provided us with pyjamas. The place is as shown in the photos, mattress and blanket are comfy. We felt right at home. Short walking distance to 24hours Lawson, 7 mins walk to Kanazawa train station as described. Everything you need is in the train station. We loved it!

It was a great stay thanks to this place!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had an issue with my car and Taishi kindly helped me call the rental company. The road leading to the house was narrow, I drove a Nissan Kicks and it just fit the space. But it is convenient and about a 15 min walk to Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen garden. The house is comfortable, and had 2 separate rooms. Which made it a nice home for my family (3 pax to stay). The house did have an issue with electrical tripping. But I suspect that was the power grid getting overwhelmed because of the snowstorm. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and the space given!

I really enjoyed my visit to Himi and Household. It is run by a fun and wonderful young couple with the cutest and friendliest toddler son ever. The full-time helper is the best. Someone has done a brilliant job of remodeling the building and making it homey. Don't miss the breakfast! It is delightful every day and you will get a chance to interact with the other guests. I went to Himi thinking that the fish would be good. I was delighted that I had found Household. Household took my stay from fun to splendid!

We were visiting Kanazawa and were looking for a place to stay quickly and not too expensive. The accommodation offered was much better than we expected.
