Frederik brought home pizza and came up with some of their own breakfast! Super service even though they don't offer evening or breakfast as part of their concept. Great when you come by bus out of season, where everything in Hörvik is closed. People from the neighboring boat will be staying with Maia and Frederik tonight for the 2nd time this week. Really a quality mark and that I'm also happy to do again. Absolutely amazing host couple and in a new apartment where everything is cozy and thoughtful. My top recommendations. 🥰

I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. Alina’s place was comfortable and convenient and everything was well explained or very intuitive. The kitchen had lots of utensils and room to cook and I liked that it had a dining table that was separate from the living room/sleep area. Both rooms were very spacious. Getting there from the station was easy as was finding the keys. My only problem was not reading the instructions clearly about which apartment it was and trying the wrong doors. Once id read them again and realised it was the next floor up it was all fine! Alina was very responsive and checked that everything was ok. Would happily stay there again.

We enjoyed our time in your guesthouse very much during our weeklong vacation over New Years. It was very lovely, our family of four had all we needed, and the best of all was that we really were able to enjoy a very quiet New Year’s Eve here with our doggy away from the all loud fireworks! I would love to recommend this place for anyone who travels for business and trips. The garden was great and the house is really wonderful to stay. Jonas, the owner is very friendly and helped me when I faced a problem. So no doubt and only good memories 🔥💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻✨

We had a great time. The hosts were very responsive and they helped us with last minute requests. The area is also very peaceful and safe. As the property is very close to nature, there can be little insects (although not harmful), so good to have a look around! Also I would say the property is perfect for couple of people, with one kid also its manageable, but can become bit squeezed at times :) Overall it was a good couple of nights spent!

Very good Airbnb in a quiet smalltown just a short drive away from the shoreline. The animals on the property didn’t bother at all. The airbnb has everything you need and a supermarket is nearby as well. We recommend it.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! It is tastefully decorated and the kitchen well equipped. It is located in a quiet residential area and you can walk to the center! A food market is two blocks away. Fast and friendly communication with the landlords.

We had a perfect stay at Malin’s beautiful home. It had everything we needed and was in a super location close enough to walk into the city and all its attractions. Thank you Malin and family for making our introduction to Kalmar so memorable.

Very nice accommodation with proximity to everything! The beach, Ica, pastry shop, restaurants etc. Better in real life than in pictures! Consumables such as dish soap, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, etc., were in the apartment, which was equipped with most things. Wasn't missing anything. We'd love to come back here!
