The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was finished in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and a raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms(8 beds), and 2 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful sea view from all rooms, and 3 large terraces to enjoy sun and shade depending on time of the day. Large garden in front of the sea. Close to house is a small bay with flat rocks for sunbathing and swimming.

With proximity to the sea in a rural idyll, this house is available and is suitable for families as well as friends. Perfect location with sun from morning till night! Take the opportunity to take a trip out into the archipelago with Karlskrona's archipelago traffic. Enjoy a walk or run in the beech forest on Tromtö. Swing the golf club on one of the nearby golf courses or barbecue and take a swim down by the beach. There are many opportunities for wonderful excursions and adventures.

Seaside appartment ligger vägg i vägg med värdfamiljens bostad. Här ingår sängkläder o handdukar ”bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Det är en lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till naturskyddsområde med vackra stigar. Det finns tillgång till hav med möjlighet att bada 50m från lägenheten. Vi har även en gästsuga på tomten som syns i bild, den heter Panorama archipelago. Våran huvud bostad som ligger vägg i vägg går att hyra när vi är iväg ”Villa panorama” båda går att hyra på Airbnb.

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Our tiny house is located in the corner of our garden with beautiful surroundings. It has a spacious loft with two beds, a bedroom with a family bed and a working area and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a fire pit, a grill and a dining table to enjoy views of both fields (with deers) and forest. The sea is reachable by a short walk (5 min), where you can find a beach with a jetty.
