Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away, and Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski resorts (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40–60 minutes.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

This house is located within walking distance to the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers plenty of space for two people. The very large terrace has a nice view. Seating and sun loungers are available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the size of the car) is available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).

A parking space in front of the house can be reserved for a fee of €10/person/night (payable in cash). Only suitable for car/station wagon. No vans or campers possible. Other public parking spaces are nearby for a fee. The guest tax for the city of Dornbirn is €3 per person per night and must be paid in cash.
