Удобная квартира, в хорошем районе. Очень теплая, батареи регулируются. Есть все необходимое. Осталась довольна пребыванием.

This place was comfortable, clean with modern appliances. Was very close to 24 hour restaurants, many small grocery stores and cafes. Walkable distance to the metro and mall. Definitely great for long stays and for a family. Host was very responsive and ready to help. It was a very relaxing place to be in and utterly enjoyed our stay.

Здравствуйте! Заселение было комфортное, сама квартира очень уютная, светлая, красивая. Имеется все необходимое для комфортного проживания😊 А какой вид на горы😍 Полностью соответствует фотографиям. Рядом с жилым комплексом есть много кафешек, продуктовый магазин. Сама хозяйка квартиры всегда на связи, отзывчивая. В день заселения было прохладно в первое время, она заботливо привезла теплое одеяло. Благодарю вас!

Останавливались мы на 10 дней и все 10 дней чувствовали себя как дома. Да, рекомендую это жильё, нам очень понравилось! Квартира просторная, ремонт новый и стильный, всё работает, кухня - полный фарш. В квартире очень чисто, кровати удобные, есть кондиционер. Что немаловажно, в квартире хороший стабильный интернет - не возникло никаких сложностей при видео-звонках по работе. Отдельно хочу отметить отзывчивость и гостеприимство хозяйки, спасибо!

The host and his wife met us when we got there and were so kind to show us everything—even where our kids could play! Everything was very clean and neat, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We even forgot one thing when we left and they were so gracious to let us back in and always very quick to respond.

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

Great place- best AirBnb I've stayed at in a long time. The house is large and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We like to prepare our own meals and nearby options for eating out were very limited so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Sergey was very helpful and as present as we wanted him to be- above and beyond as a host, especially for this part of the world! There are 3 ski areas within a short drive and the entrance to the national park is right up the road.

Raikan is one of the best airbnb hosts. She goes above and beyond a host would normally do. She was extremely helpful, she even helped us with our groceries and ordering food, better than our tour guide. It would be to any tourists great advantage to be hosted by her. Thank you Raikan, you made our stay easier. ❤️

Very happy with the stay. Great host that was very accommodating and easy to work with. No surprises and no issues. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here to be walking distance to the best parts of Almaty.
