Cozy and warm apartment, equipped with everything necessary for living. Sleeping places are comfortable, comfortable kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet quiet area, within a walking distance from the botanical garden, Astana Arena, a large Magnum grocery store. Well, it was my first stay in an Airbnb accommodation. My experience was good. My main priority was the location because it was a work trip. It was within walking distance, and I really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. A large supermarket was nearby, so I could do all my shopping there. I also found a cool photo lab where I printed my previous photos. The apartment had enough space, a comfortable bed with a good mattress, a big fridge, and all the necessary dishes for cooking breakfast.

The location was amazing, had some issues with the fridge on the first day of our stay which was quickly resolved after contacting the host.

Great apartment, made in European, a little Parisian style. Cozy, everything is for a comfortable stay, there are decent restaurants downstairs, there is a supermarket. I recommend it.

Fantastic location in a new building. The size of the apartment is nice (large living area connected to the kitchen and a spacious bedroom). About a 5 minute walk away is the Mega Park. A little noise could be heard from the occasional drilling but it was only a couple times during my week long stay and so I don't think it is an issue. I would stay here again.

This is the best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far. Right from the late night checkin (since we landed after midnight) to the entire experience of staying at the house, we couldn’t have asked for more. A few special touches really stood out for us- wireless charging for devices on both side tables & a wonderful coffee setup had our hearts. We were sad to leave. Would 100% recommend to anyone who wishes to enjoy the city and come back to a cosy home afterwards

Lovely apartment. Exactly as pictured. Thoughtful aesthetic design, comfortable furniture, enough storage space, an incredibly comfortable and beautiful sofa in the living room, a chic balcony with a beautiful view. As well as a great location. Highly recommend. Among the disadvantages, only the lack of an elevator can be highlighted, for guests with heavy things this can be a problem. But I was light, so it's great. Thanks to Maxim for this thoughtful place to stay!
