House vacation rentals in Kea

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien in Theodoras Haus, dass fast ohne Nachbarn, sehr ruhig und leise auf einen Hügel nahe des Hafens gelegen ist. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Theodora gab uns Tips für Restaurants und Strände und war sehr hilfsbereit. Für einen entspannten Strandurlaub ist Kea und Theodoras Haus sehr zu empfehlen!

Efthymios was the type of person you wanted to roll up and take in your suitcase. always responsive, and anticipating your next question. great suggestions . if it was within his power to do, he did it. We were 3 sets of families so the guest cottage was great to give more privacy to us all. Great space. could host wedding guests and even the dinner. there is a large space below that could accommodate 60 to 80 people for a seated dinner. amazing covered area for dining all day. plenty of poolside chairs and loungers. we were barely inside but everything worked just fine. we look forward to coming back. thank you Efthymis for all your recommendations. day trip on the rented boat to see unaccesible beaches was our favorite day.

We loved our stay and are so grateful for Vassilia for her wonderful home. It made for the perfect getaway from the busy life of Athens and other parts of our busy vacation!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant, paisible loin de l’agitation. Une très bonne boulangerie et un supermarché sont à 10 mn à pieds et le centre de Loulis à environ 25 mn. Ceci est excellent pour digérer après avoir dîner dans les diverses tavernes de la ville…il est préférable de louer une voiture pour se rendre sur les plages magnifiques et sauvages de L’île. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous sommes bien ressourcés au cœur de cette douceur de vivre et des magnifiques couchers de soleil. Merci à Manu pour son accueil. Sophie

Kiki a été formidable. Très sympathique, accueillante. Le coucher de soleil est incroyable, se baigner avec vue sur la mer est une super expérience. Plein de petites plages trop belles à proximité à moins de 5 minutes de voiture voire à pied! Dont une petite crique en bas de la maison où se baigner tôt le matin ou le soir avant l’apéro! Nous avons adoré ce séjour! Nous recommandons la maison.

Maria è stata molto disponibile, ci ha accolti al porto e accompagnato a casa. Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni ed è stata molto disponibile. La casa è molto bella, accogliente e fornita di tutto l’occorrente compresa lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Molto apprezzata la pulizia ogni 3 giorni col cambio lenzuola e asciugamani. La piscina è stupenda. La casa è su due livelli con una scala e alcuni parapetti da attenzionare con bambini piccoli. Nel complesso siamo stati benissimo e la consigliamo vivamente.

J’ai loué cette maison pour mes parents qui ont adoré leur séjour. La vue est magnifique, la maison conforme aux photos et très propre. D’autres maisons sont à côté mais la maison de Victor est au dessus donc elle n’est pas gênée mais pas complètement isolée non plus. Les villages sont proches. L’accueil a été ponctuel et la communication avec Victor très facile. Mes parents espèrent pouvoir revenir bientôt !

Les hôtes sont très accueillants, à l’écoute et attentionnés. Nous avons été surpris par la réactivité de Marilou et Tassos et de leur implication pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Ils seront présents pour aider, si nécessaire. Le logement est impeccable, la décoration est à mi-chemin entre tradition et modernité, la propreté est au rendez-vous et le mobilier offre tout le confort nécessaire pour se reposer et profiter de la maison. La maison se situe dans les hauteurs de Kea offrant ainsi une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur le coucher du soleil. Toutes les conditions nécessaires pour passer des vacances ressourçantes et reposantes y sont réunies. Il y a un petit village non loin de la maison et des supermarchés. Beaucoup de balades sont accessibles également avec ou sans véhicule. En résumé, super séjour, endroit magnifique, maisonnette de rêve !

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο καθαρό και διαθέτει όλες τις ανέσεις. Είναι ιδανικό για παρέα ή οικογένεια. Κοντά στις πιο ωραίες παραλίες του νησιού και σε κομβικό σημείο για πρόσβαση στο κέντρο. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι φιλικοί και φιλόξενοι. Μας παρείχαν χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για το νησί και ήταν δίπλα μας σε ότι χρειάστηκε. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει παντοπωλείο με εξαιρετικά προϊόντα καθώς και εστιατόριο με καταπληκτικό φαγητό και καλές τιμές.

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Elegant and traditionally built house with good taste on a slopping mountain. It has exceptional panoramic views of the Aegean and the Cyclad Islands, facing east-south. The host is a good guy, with professional hospitality and care. The nearby chappels are true jewels in the Aegean blue view.

A very cozy house extremely clean nice welcome clear guidance. People with kinetic problems will find some difficulty but it is worthy!Ioulida is an amazing traditional place and Heracle’s house added to the experience !Thank you

The minute we arrived we felt at home. The sea views, the balcony, the rooms, the kitchen, the bathrooms- everything was clean, pleasant and inviting. We were 2 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space. The location is perfect- a brisk 20 minute walk from the port town of koressia, minutes from gialiskari on one side and vourkari on the other. We didn’t rent a car and relied mostly on buses, and there is a bus stop literally under the house. When we did take a taxi to a more remote beach we were kindly given the number of a reliable driver. In short- thank you! You made our vacation perfect!

Très bon séjour. La villa est très bien située à quelques minutes à pied d’une très belle crique. L’endroit est calme. La vue est superbe. Les équipements de cuisine pourraient être améliorés. La literie et la salle de bain sont un peu vieillissantes mais reste correctes. À part cela le logement est spacieux et agréable à vivre. La climatisation est la bienvenue. Nikos est à l’écoute.

Maria is a great hostess, very warm and hospitable, and available if we needed anything. The house itself is a gem, carved inside a rock, the atmosphere was something else! The house was very clean and had all the amenities mentioned. Overall it was a wonderful and unique stay and I highly recommend Maria’s place!

Villa stupenda con una Vista fantastica. Piscina grande e con Vista sul mare. L'unica "pecca" è la strada sterrata e disconnessa degli ultimi 400 metri per raggiungere la villa. Questo però non mi impedirebbe di tornare di nuovo!

Magnifique maison, typique de Kea, joliment décorée, et bien aménagée pour un séjour avec des enfants. La vue depuis les terrasses est éblouissante. C est un enchantement à toutes les heures de la journée. Il faut simplement savoir qu il y a une belle volée d escaliers à monter pour mériter ce panorama unique (ce qui ne pose pas de problème en soi), que la plage est proche mais en contrebas (pour les mêmes raisons) qu il n est pas possible de garer deux voitures dans le parking.
