It is amongst other houses but it has unparalleled views of the bay and the lighthouse opposite. For larger groups it can be linked to the apartment below the house which sleeps a further 8/9. Vourkari House

Beautiful new house in Vourkari. Fully equiped kitchen, with 2 bedrooms and a panoramic view of the bay from the roof garden. The house is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars. Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage and Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability

The house is close enough to have easy access to taverns, golden sandy beach, kiosk, sport courts and children playground, and far enough to be completely and utterly private. You can watch busy summer life from a close distance or turn to the other edge of the house, away from any gaze.

Please note that upon departure there is an Extra charge of Euros 8.-per night to be paid to the property owner, regarding Climate change Tax (TAKK).
