Great host who communicated instructions very well. Nice sitting room with sunshine in the morning. Able to park the car at the door for unloading which made the process quick and easy. Felt confident to leave the car in the nearby carpark. This accommodation is very close to town centre with a very short walk to many cafes and lovely shops. We recommend this accommodation.

A really nice, clean, cosy place to stay. Well-equipped, modernised and nicely decorated. Comfy beds, nice bedding and plenty of soft towels. We really appreciated the little touches and supplies. Jo has thought of pretty much everything! Self check-in and check-out really easy. It was only a short walk for us to the high street, supermarkets, and we liked the town, as well as being so close to the coast and some lovely scenic and wooded areas, great for walks. Great communication from Jo via Airbnb messaging, and we really appreciated the local recommendations (we can definitely recommend Cookfella's restaurant in Guisborough - a bit beyond our usual budget, but well worth it as a special treat!).

Stephen's house was immaculate - super clean, airy, fresh. The furniture was modern and cofortable, plenty of cleaning materials, and even that rarity in holiday lets, a good iron! He also provided a very welcome welcome pack. There's a nice back garden to the house that was quite a suntrap, with deckchairs provided. Even though the house is in a residential area and it was very warm and sunny when we were there, the area was quiet. As described, the house is wheelchair accessible, with a good downstairs shower room equipped with shower stool/chair. He put down a ramp into the back garden to help enjoy the good weather. Stephen also offered to provide other mobility aids, which was very thoughtful, even though we didn't need them. Stephen was a very good host. He helped us with advice on where to go for days out, and where to eat and drink. When we had a couple of questions about the house he was quick to respond/fix. Thank you!

Aurora’s property was lovely, in the beautiful village, Great Ayton. The cottage was cozy, well equipped and felt really homely. It also has a really cute garden. It’s in a great location with several country pubs, bars and cafes within a 5 minute walk, plus stunning country walks surrounding the area. Aurora was very good communicating and friendly. In fact it’s the second property of hers we have stayed at.
