The place worth every penny! The host are so friendly, will advise walks or where to go if you first time in area. Property incredibly clean and has everything needed to feel like at home. Rural location with very easy access and the scenery around is absolutely stunning. We will definitely come back without doubt because everything felt perfect during our stay and the friendliness of the host makes you feel very welcome.

What a gem of a place this is. Susan is easy to engage with and her speed of response is really something. Chapelbeck is spotlessly clean in every room. It has everything within its walls for you to have the most comfortable and relaxing stay. beautifully quiet, hand place for seeing the sights and great walks from the doorstep. Can't praise Susan and the property high enough. It's one of the best we've ever stayed in and we've booked to return already in a couple of months. That's how much we loved this place. Thank you Susan for been a great host and for keeping a superb property.

My partner and I stayed in the studio for 2 weeks while working in the area. Viv and her husband Ernie, were wonderful, kind, thoughtful hosts and I had some great chats especially with Ernie. The property is on the grounds of their farmhouse home set in beautiful rural East Cumbria, just a stone's throw across the river from Sedbergh. The property itself was clean and cosy and has most requirements for a comfortable stay.
