Monthly Rentals in Kimblesworth

We really enjoyed our 3 month stay at 'Over the top' which felt like our home away from home. The house has all the essentials, and is in a nice area with lots of shops and Aykley Wood nearby. Communication with Alan was very smooth.

This was a very comfortable stay of 11 days for us. The apartment is spacious. clean, and feels very comfortable right from the outset. It has a well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities and appliances you will need for either a short or long stay. We did a lot of cooking ourselves, but there is also a very nice pub a short walk away. Also the bus takes you straight into the center of Durham from the pub. The area around is pleasant but there isn't much to do except walk and enjoy the countryside, which is very pleasant. The bed was comfy, and the pillows were new (although too soft for us, but thats just personal preference). Overall it was a great stay and well worth the price. The owner was helpful and communicated well, the wifi was good, and the couches comfortable. We would both return and recommend the apartment.

We had a lovely stay and the house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Janet was a thoughtful host-she kindly left us some coffee and biscuits, which were a lovely touch, and she had converted the study into an extra bedroom which worked perfectly for our group. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!
