Beautifully Restored Vintage 1930s Threshers Hut

The Harvest hut is a beautiful, award winning, genuine 1930s threshers hut set in its own area of woodland, and features handmade 4 poster bed, luxury organic bedding, woodburning stove, homemade cake of your choice to enjoy on arrival. The hut is a truly romantic place to get away from the rigours of the world, escape and be close to nature, enjoy campfires, fantastic sunsets, visits from red squirrels and amazing starlit nights. Guests have their own personal bathroom with underfloor heating.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The Hayloft

A beautiful barn conversion located in the Northumberland National Park, in a designated Dark Skies area. Kirknewton is a quiet hamlet nestled at the foot of the Cheviot Hills with easy access straight from your door. The Hayloft is a large self contained accomodation within the Farm Steading with it's own entrance front and back. At the back of the barn there is a large courtyard for your personal use. There is designated parking on site. Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs at present.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Orchard Cottage, Dog Friendly, River Access

Silver award winner for North East Tourism Awards 2023 'Self Catering Accommodation of the Year'. Located on Tiptoe Farm within the Northumberland countryside. The Orchard Cottage is situated in an idyllic orchard garden surrounded by apple and plum trees. There is private access to over a mile of the River Till and ancient woodland. The bedrooms have stunning views of the River Till valley towards The Cheviot hills and Northumberland National Park .

Hetton Byre Holiday Cottage

This beautifully presented, semi-detached dog friendly holiday cottage is in an excellent position to visit all the places, scenery and activities Northumberland has to offer. the cottage is sat in between Newcastle and Edinburgh. The friendly small village of Belford/Chatton are around 4 miles away, where there are local facilities including a Co-op, local store, pubs and restaurants.

The Byre. Cosy, eco friendly barn camping.

The Byre is a delightful upcycled 19th century listed cow byre on an old farm. The room looks out on to the farm courtyard. There is a large garden for visitors use, and dark skies above us. We are an eco friendly family, and the Byre comes with a private composting toilet in a separate wooden shed, and a water supply just outside.Think of it as cosy camping in a stone tent.

Northumbrian Pride, Shepherd's Hut, Lowick

This is our fully furnished shepherds hut with double bed, kitchen and bathroom. In beautiful North Northumberland, lovely views over to the sea, countryside and town of Berwick upon Tweed. We are close to Holy Island, Bamburgh and Seahouses. Our hut was custom built on site for guests to enjoy the fantastic places of interest near by. Bedding and towels are provided.
