Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kingsport

we had a lovely time, very nice apartment and surroundings!

Summer Hill is less than 15 minutes from Tusculum University and was close to everything we needed for our trip. The house was clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The hosts were very responsive and kind enough to accommodate a special request that we had. The kitchen was fully functional and we were able to cook several meals during our stay. For coffee fanatics (we had a few), there is a Keurig and a small regular coffeemaker. There is a Summer Hill sign at the end of the driveway however it is black so if you are arriving in the dark, you cannot see it. The GPS takes you to a steep gravel driveway that was a bit tough for my mid size sedan but there is a back entrance that is smoother. Summer Hill is a duplex but the back patios are completely separate and private and it did not feel like we were in an attached house. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would book again.

Super stylish apartment on in the Tree Streets. It's a highly walkable neighborhood right by downtown. The apartment really had character and I enjoyed my stay. Highly receommended.

It was the perfect Home away from home. We were in town to visit ETSU open house and this little charming house was right next to the campus so it made it so easy and convenient for us. It was comfortable and truly enjoyed the couch after walking miles in the cold. It was a cozy place. Thank you.

Tara’s place was just what my family and I needed. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely house. Also one of us thought she left a pair of glasses and Tara was very helpful confirming that she did, and agreed to mail them promptly, so helpful! If we stay in Johnson City again we’ll definitely choose Tara’s cute cottage again.

Perfect location, close to shopping and food. Plenty of room and clean home. We would definitely stay here again when in town.

We were traveling thru and this was a halfway point for us. The house is less than a mile from I-81. Gas, groceries and restaurants are close by and convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet. We appreciated the motion lights making it easy to find our way in and out. We have family in the area and will keep this place in mind the next we come thru. Thanks for the hospitality and accommodating our last minute booking.

We, 3 adult family, stayed a month and really enjoyed this property. Off street parking, a nice porch with barbecue, and garden area and a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to supermarket (and farmers market, which starts mid April) and a couple of restaurants. A longer walk to downtown. It is comfortably furnished and had plenty of kitchen items, crockery and utensils. Linens were fine with plenty of extra pillows, sheets etc. Extra touches like candy, wine and snacks on arrival. Plenty of laundry cleaner and soaps etc. Full range of shows on TV (no TV in bedrooms) and good Wifi speed. Sarah was responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed our stay and are glad and lucky to have chosen it for the first phase of our relocation to NE TN. Thanks again Sarah.

We loved the character of the home it was very comfortable for 2 couples. 20 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from the events we had scheduled.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Her pace was exactly as described and dog friendly. The back yard was privacy fenced and the perfect size for our pups. Jennifer was very responsive and very personable. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We stayed here for a weekend base of operations for our daughter's senior prom! It was convenient for multiple things that she needed to be close to in Johnson City, and to help out logistically with other things in the surrounding areas! It was also just a short drive or long walk for some beautiful downtown photo areas. It also helps that it was charming, clean, and well kept for a 127 year old house! Plenty of amenities to make you feel at home. Only downside we had was the beds were a little "too firm" for some of the guests, but that may be just personal preference and wouldn't be a deal breaker for staying again! No other if any real complaints for this property!

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. This condo is really cozy and comfortable. Everything was in great condition and we had everything we needed. The view is beautiful and the windows and layout are perfect for enjoying the fresh air flowing through on warm days. The kitchen was well stocked for the space and we liked that there was a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. We cooked a couple meals there and all the essentials were close to hand. It is a cute little condo and the decorations are very well suited to the space and location. We would gladly return.

We had a lovely time staying here. The location was unmatched and the coziness of the stay felt like home away from home. Very spacious and accommodating at a great rate. Any activities in the mountain are easily accessible within a few minutes. Would highly recommend.

We stayed 8 nights. Spotlessly clean , clutter free, much larger than the photos. An abundance of paper towels, quality, toilet paper, tissues & coffee pods. 20+ units nestled in a lovely country neighborhood yet a short drive , 6 minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. They’re called condos, but are more like townhouses, very private. Beautiful view of the water from the little back deck. Honestly I feel they could charge more. We would absolutely stay again.

This condo was a very nice place, with all of the comforts of home, and located in a convenient andsafe location.. The kitchen was well outfitted, the living room cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Robbie was very cordial and responsive to our messages.
