Thank you so much Stuart for making the first stage of Hadrian’s Wall path such a delight. This was the perfect base in Carlisle, with comfy bed and excellent bed to soak in after a long walk. Your directions were so helpful and flexibility on both check-out and in with walking bags was much appreciated. I also really enjoyed all of the info materials and made use of these (reading the Carlisle Castle book prompted my visit). Looking forward to coming back for future walks!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the caravan. It's in a beautiful peaceful area and was clean and comfortable. It's more spacious than the photos show, and was the perfect stop off for us. We were walking the first 2 sections of the Hadrian's Wall path, so got the 9:15 bus ( no 93) out to Bowness and walked to Carlisle ( with a stop off in the caravan which is right next to the path!), then continued from Carlisle on our final day. The beds were comfy, shower lovely and hot, surroundings peaceful and we loved the Carlisle monopoly game there, plus the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The property was bigger than expected and very roomy. Everything was as described and functional. Parking was easy if you respect and follow the rules. Tom responded quickly to my query and a good time was had by us, Two OAP’s travelling around the UK.

Lovely house within walking distance of the city centre. Beautifully kept and spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed our stay there.
