Lovely little cottage! Perfect for a few nights to escape from everything. Very easy to get to lots of amazing walks and places of interest! Katherine was so lovely and responsive when we had any questions. 10/10 recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the Granary Flat just outside Penrith. The flat was beautifully kept, comfortable, and had everything we needed, with plenty of space to relax and get ready for a nearby wedding. The host was really helpful before our arrival, providing lots of useful local information. The peaceful farm setting made it even more special. Highly recommended!

Great place, it was clean and even though it’s a loft felt quite spacious. Host left for us some bread, brownies and milk, butter and jam - which was so thoughtful as we got in quite late. Would be careful with the heater next to the toilet in case it’s on, as it can burn, and the only sink available it’s the one in the bathroom. 100% would definitely stay here again, as it was close to the lakes and the bed/pillows were so comfy. Beware if you’re tall, you might bang your head a few times on the front door frame and the inside beam.

Our stay at Julie’s was absolutely lovely; the attention to detail was second to none, every room was spotless and looked fresh and new. The decor was very inviting and tasteful and the view out of the bedroom window was beautiful. The location was perfect- very peaceful and green. And of course Julie was ever so welcoming and kind and quick to answer any queries.
