My place is in Compass Bay, a nice and quiet gated community near the attractions and major roads. Only 6 miles to Disney Springs and all Disney parks, 5 miles to the Premium Outlets, 10 miles to Universal Studios. This is a new, nice, cozy and clean townhome with 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 Bathrooms. You will really enjoy the swimming pool, the covered picnic area, and the kids will love the playground too! Parking spaces are in front of the unit.
