Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Kissimmee

Vanessa’s place at Windsor Palms was a great place to stay. She was very proactive with communication before we were to check in as there was a snafu with cleaning of the condo. But thankfully it worked out as we didn’t check in until much later. Check in was very smooth and everything about the condo was just like she described and like the photos. A very calm and beachy theme inside with some Disney nods. We were there for baseball and the condo was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Thank you Vanessa for a wonderful stay!!

Place was easy to find and convenient. Only disappointment, beyond Joe’s control, is the lack of good grills at the complex. Otherwise stay was great! Condo was clean and well located both within the complex as well as to Disney Parks.

Loved everything about this place! Mike’s home was a great place to stay with themed rooms perfect for my son’s 2nd Birthday. With so much close by it made our stay fun and simple. Mike was also very helpful and kind. I highly recommend and will be staying again!

Excellent value for the time period. Stayed for the month of February. Oksana was responsive and also referred us to property manager Shane for futher help and he was also great. Location to Disney very close. Restaurants and all other needs are about 2 miles up the street on Rte 192.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. My 18 year old thought the Playstation was a nice touch! We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, but felt right at home while we were there. Would definitely book again if in the area.

My family had a wonderful stay! It was in such a prime location (extremely close to the parks) and exactly as described in the listing. Very comfortable and the pool area was so fun for my toddler!

This condo was very spacious with everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient location, large spaces for everyone together and spacious bedrooms too. Beds were comfortable and all amenities were as advertised. The space was super clean and had a beautiful view.

Great stay and a great place! I loved that it was ground level, very quick to access from the car to bring luggage in and out. Beds and couch were very cozy. We stayed for a quick trip so we didn’t do any cooking but I would recommend if you stay longer than 2 days to bring paper cups and paper plates or you’ll be doing a lot of dishes. My kids are more grown but I did notice how well stocked this place was for infant/toddler needs vs other airbnbs I stayed at. Strollers, car seats, high chairs, etc. were all very thoughtful.

House was great, lots of space for everyone. Came here with our children and grandchildren -6 adults and 3 kids The theatre room was a huge hit. Great space to chill and watch a movie in the evening after fun days. The pool was not big but just the right size for the kids. Would have liked the pool water to be a little warmer but we did have some cold nights so guessing it is difficult to keep warm. Kitchen was missing a few things but Suzanne took care of them right away. The cooking knives need to be replaced, they are pretty beat up. Only other suggestion would be to have some throw blankets to use. House got chilly at night and would have been nice to have a blanket to throw over while watching tv. Glass table in dining room was a bit of a hazard for our 2yr old. We had to keep chairs at each corner so he did smack his head on it. Beds were comfy, lots of bathrooms and well stocked with shampoo etc. Definitely would recommend for a family stay. The resort pool was nice as well.

Garcey Manor was clean, comfortable and had anything you could possibly need for a family vacation. The home was a Disney dream with everything looking exactly as described. Location is close to Disney & local shopping. The hosts were responsive to all our questions. Our family had a wonder time! Highly recommend.

We booked this place an hour before checking in. We had a horrible experience with a different Airbnb and booked Alex’s house to move out of the other place. We’re so glad we did! Great house and outdoor space. Everything was as described and was clean. We would stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay during our girl’s weekend away. Host was very helpful when we found a few maintenance issues, such as one of the coffee pots leaking and a few lamps not working. The issue was fixed that day while we were at the parks so it did not bother us at all. We struggled a little bit to get the Roku going in the movie room, and one of the sofa’s reclining feature was not working. The pool and hot tub heat was a bit confusing at first but the host was great about helping us with keeping the temperature controlled. We felt very cozy and happy with this stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Caprock’s place. The home was beautiful, impeccably clean, and offered an incredible amount of space for our family of 15. The game room was a huge hit with the kids, and the theater room was a real treat for the adults – truly replicating the feeling of being in a AMC cinema! We were in town to visit Disney and Universal parks, which were conveniently located 25-35 minutes away. We cooked most of our meals at home and found the kitchen to be fully equipped with everything we needed. The abundance of bath and beach towels was also a welcome convenience. We also really appreciated Wesley warming the pool, as it was a bit breezy during our stay, allowing the kids to enjoy swimming. Finally, while it can be frustrating not having direct phone contact with an Airbnb host, Wesley was exceptionally responsive and helpful, quickly answering all our questions via messages. We highly recommend this property for large families or groups!

This place was very neat and clean. Tons of space. Great location. Lots of fun things to do in the house. The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The host of the house was amazing to work, very friendly and so easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this place.

Craig was amazing! He accommodated me for a very last minute booking after my first booking cancelled on me. I had a large group and his placed didn’t disappoint on the spacing. You will not be disappointed!

My family and I, we had an unforgettable vacation at Jennifer's place. The place is wonderful, quiet, we found the house impeccable, in perfect usable condition. Everything in place, the perfect appliances. In truth, we would repeat the stay a million more times. Thank you so much for doing everything perfect.

We loved the location of this place for our trip to Disney! It was close enough to Disney but also far enough away that we didn’t feel like we were right on top of all of the congestion. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Plus it was easy to get into and instructions were so clear!

We had an excellent stay at Disney Oasis! Two adults and three kids (8, 6, and 2) and the child friendly amenities, provided toys, and bunk beds were perfect. Pool toys and towels were provided which made packing much easier. The Disney décor was adorable. The balcony was a great spot to sit and unwind. We LOVED the pool, waterslides, and game room. The marketplace right next to the pool has a great selection of hot food, drinks, and treats making our "rest day" at the pool super easy and low-key. 10/10 fun pool atmosphere, all staff was very friendly. We were super close to all the Disney parks, and with the pool and great amenities we loved staying "off-property". The bed space, full kitchen, and in-room laundry was 100% worth being out of the "bubble". Giovanni & Amy messaged us welcome materials pre-stay, checked in with us on our first day, mid-stay, and last day and were super responsive to anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Orlando!

Great place. Her apartment have everything you need and feels like home. 15 min from Disney parks . We enjoyed and would definitely stay again.

Chris and Alena’s place was absolutely incredible! Chris and Alena were very welcoming and provided a wonderful place for us to stay during the Daytona 500 and Universal. They even got us a card!! I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!
