Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kissimmee

The house was perfect for us and we had a great time host was amazing and responded anytime we had a question if you thinking about renting from this host do it! She is amazing and her house was beautiful and accommodating to our entire party

Great place for my family to spend Christmas together. The place had enough space, quite, easy access, and mostly the kitchen space was more than enough to cook a holiday dinner.

Tamika was incredibly attentive quick to respond to my questions and always offering great ideas or ways to avoid tolls or get things for less. The house was so well stocked that I didn’t have to run to the store right when we got there for soap, or things like that. The house was comfortable and the pool was perfect. Tamika even tried to help us find a lost AirPod ! It really felt like staying at family’s guest house with all the nice things she has in the kitchen. I don’t know what other guests visits were like but we plan on going back and staying here. Tamika was so helpful and the house perfect.

Was a great place for me and my dogs to stay for almost a month. The beds and bathrooms were all clean. Had most of the amenities needed. If you are staying for longer than a few days, you need to bring your own things like toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bags. The pool at the clubhouse was great to sit out at. There is a nice walkable path around the pond as well. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I wish the fee for the $25 gate pass was refundable if returned, but not the hosts fault just the neighborhoods rules. Thanks again, would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed your lovely home. It was perfect for our needs. Everything was very well-kept and clean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after long days walking through the Disney and Universal parks! It saved our aching feet. We felt right at home immediately!

Perfect for our sibling reunion. The house was exactly what we had hoped for. Anne was an excellent communicator from beginning to end.

The best air bnb we’ve ever stayed in. It felt so homey and clean, nicely decorated. The attention to detail was incredible, there was everything we could’ve needed for staying with kids. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The neighborhood clubhouse is also really high quality and has so many fun activities. The only thing we wish is that we could’ve spent more time there! Lake Vista Getaway is a beautiful home. It's located in a quiet neighborhood off Hwy 27. It’s conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and more. We were in town for an event at Lake Louisa and the house was very convenient to the park. We also headed into Disney a few times and it was a short 25m drive, so very convenient. The house was fantastic. It was very clean and well maintained. Lots of space for a big group. The outside pool area is very nice and was a fun place for the kids to relax after a long day. It felt like home. Towels, basic paper products and dish cleaning items are supplied. There were good pans for cooking. Just a note to be prepared: it does not have some basic food supplies that some Airbnbs have (spices, salt and pepper, etc). Barnaby is a fantastic host! He was super quick to respond to my questions. Very kind and helpful! He clearly makes sure this home is well taken care of! I would highly recommend this home and Barnaby!

Sarah was a great host - responded immediately and was very accommodating! The house was very clean and had all the amenities! Great location to do many different fun activities with your family and short drive from the airport. It was perfect for our family. If I asked my kids their favorite part of our trip (after doing Disney and all other things) they would say just swimming at the house! There is definitely a reason Sarah has a 5 star review! We would come back to the house any day!

This home exceeded our expectations and felt like a home away from home. The amenities were exactly as described with lots of little extras that the made our stay very comfortable and relaxed. Tom checked in with us at the beginning of our stay to ensure we had arrived okay and that we did not have any issues. He encouraged us to reach out if anything was needed. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

Amir was very responsive, professional, and reasonable and this place was excellent. It was clean and great for a large group. Very hard to find a place that sleeps as many as this one does for the value. The pool table and air hockey table were awesome but could use an update, as they were pretty worn down. Overall still a great stay and I would book again. Location is great, just make sure to factor in Disney traffic whenever traveling anywhere.

This place has definitely been the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed in!! We had stayed in Windsor Hills before and love it. But Kim’s place was beautiful! All my kids asked to move in, lol. We even extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave! The house has everything you need! The beds are soooo comfortable. Everything is brand new, I will say the appliances out smarted me a couple times but every time I reached out to Kim she responded right away. We definitely will stay here again.

The Villa was stunning, extremely spacious, and very clean. Thomas was available for any questions and his assistance was greatly appreciated. The themed rooms and bathrooms were fabulous. Game room was an amazing plus when just relaxing at the Villa. The master bathroom is spectacular! Loved the tub! Heat option on the pool was perfect, along with the spa and plenty of pool towels. We would absolutely stay here again.

We just left after a weeklong stay at Luis’ house. It far exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for our family of 6, everything was spotless, comfortable beds, and the pool and hot tub were a relaxing treat at the end of a long day. Not far from Disney parks, 20-30 minutes depending on time of day and traffic. Communication with Luis was top notch - he was very quick to respond to any questions, and he sent lots of helpful information. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. I would highly recommend Luis’ home, and I would absolutely book here again if we return to the Orlando area.

Me and my wife absolutely loved this stay! It had such a cozy vibe to it, and it was presented beautifully, I would recommend it to anyone else.

The host showed me around the place, explaining the details of how to work the hot tub, the hours of electricity provided for the outdoor tent theater set up (two "gamer" type chairs, and I think 100 inch TV within an enclosed tent), the outdoor (but enclosed) shower and toilet set up, a fire pit, a couple of bicycles, and some lawn chairs in a semi-enclosed backyard. He has an incredible entryway set up walking up towards the cabin, it's absolutely beautiful. You can tell how much effort he has put into providing a comfortable, private, and unique experience.

Our stay was very nice and relaxing. Easy check in, kichen had everything we needed, outside patio was nice and sunny. Bedrooms were nice and spacious and the large bathrooms were clean and comforatble.
