Vuonna 1965 rakennettu talo (3 huonetta, keittiö, sauna, wc) sijaitsee Suomen Lapissa Kittilän luonnonläheisessä ja rauhallisessa Kaukosen kylässä. Kaukosessa on tunnettu Särestöniemen taidemuseo. Villa Magiassa voi ihailla keramiikkaa, uniikkiasuja, koruja. Kesäkuun alussa Kaukosessa on Hiljaisuus-festivaali. Yllästuntunturin lähellä Lainiolla on Snow Village, lumikylä ja -hotelli.
