Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Our Landshütt is situated at 1,550 metres directly next to a ski area, hiking and cycling trails. In the centre of a hut village on Klippitztörl. On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside.

Erholung und Natur pur! Lage: Die Piste ist ca. 80 Meter von der Ferienwohnung entfernt und kann bei genügend Schnee mit den Skiern befahren werden. This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
