This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. This is a whole house for a group. There are six rooms: one big room and 5 small rooms. It is near a JR station, JR Hyogo and it takes 15 minutes to Sannomiya, Kobe downtown by a train. You can go to any other famous places or cities within 10-90 minutes by a train. Some fancy restaurants are near the house. The neighbor is quiet so you guys can spend calm time, but you guys need to be quiet too.
