Monthly Rentals in Koldi

I am happy to stay in this accommodation. Although it is difficult for me to go up to the 4th floor with a large suitcase using only stairs, but when I entered I was very entertained by the very pleasant accommodation. Everything I need is in this accommodation. The location makes it very easy for me to find food. Close to the mall and a large supermarket. I highly recommend this accommodation.

“Apartment by the Park” is a great place to stay in Almaty. I stayed here for 17 days while I was working at the Kazakh National University (KazNU). The apartment is clean, comfortable and convenient to markets, restaurants and transportation. Best of all the hosts are super helpful when needed. A grocery store (Magnum) is a 5-minute walk away, many restaurants are a 5-to-15-minute walk away, a major bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, KazNU is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest metro stop is a 20-minute walk. The apartment itself is great for one to two travelers. Although the outside of the building looks old and rundown, the apartment has been recently modernized and is clean with 3 rooms; kitchen, bathroom and living/bedroom and has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and laundry machine. I found everything that I needed here for a comfortable 17-day stay.

Our stay at Roman's was one of the best experiences we've had on Airbnb. Roman answered all our questions about visiting Almaty and Kazakhstan beforehand and then waited several hours to hand us the keys after our flight was delayed. The home was perfectly clean and all the products were high quality and in great condition. The neighbourhood is very quiet with some markets nearby. The apartment building is very good too. Excellent quality to price balance. Don't look any further if you're coming to Almaty!

Clean, tidy, and just as pictured. The host was quick to fix a minor Wi-Fi issue, and the location is absolutely beautiful. Great stay overall!
