The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. In the village of Retterschen, only 1 km from Kressbronn and Lake Constance, our apartment is on the 2nd floor. One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can accommodate up to 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A dining table, the cozy couch and a TV make the room perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and hair dryer. Separate toilet. Retro apartment plus construction trailer right on the lake

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The studio has been specially equipped to meet the needs of solo travelers. It is furnished to a high standard. Not far from the lake and the city center. After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Numerous event options are available in the Lake Constance region. From May to October, our seasonal pool in the beautiful courtyard is available to all guests

Room to dream

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.
