Magnificent view of ocean, one of the best room in the building. The building itself is a bit old but well maintained, as well as I liked ambiance and interior.

Yuki was a great host! Her check in process was easy and she was very welcoming and helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay! The apartment is a great size and there is public transportation, restaurants and grocery stores all within a 10 min walk! She even let us keep our luggage in storage our final day and translated for me when I needed one! Great host, great apartment and great neighborhood!

It's the best spot to surf.You'll walk to the surf spot right away.There is a shower outside even after you come back, so it is very convenient.

Five minute walk from the station, easy to access, extremely clean and well furnished, will stay again if we return.

This family trip was for an international event held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. We were very lucky to book Yuki’s property in advance. The location is excellent. It’s very close to JR Soga Station, just 10-15 minutes to Kaihimmakuhari Station, and Chiba Station. It’s extremely convenient for both public transportation and, if you are driving, there are plenty of paid parking lots nearby. The overnight parking fee is reasonable. The property is located on the 5th floor of a residential building, with an elevator for easy access. The self-check-in and out process was very smooth. Yuki was quick and in responding to any questions we had. The apartment is well-maintained, very spacious, neat, and clean. It features a living room, a full-size kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, making it suitable for a family. The only small note is a slight vibration from nearby trains, but it didn’t bother us. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay again when visiting Chiba!

I didn't use the tennis court, the indoor sauna, but there was a jacuzzi pool, and I enjoyed it. I turned on a pot for meals. The fish were the first to go and it was very delicious. There were noodles and rice, so I made noodles at night and cooked in the morning.It's a good idea to bring sansho hot oil and other flavors.

We visited with a 6-year-old child and three family members.The house and surrounding environment are good, but above all, the host's response is the best I have ever stayed in.Thank you for providing information that is quick and easy to understand, and you don't have to ask any questions, and you can always get itch.It was zero stress.

I stayed for two nights without any inconvenience, and I had a relaxing and comfortable stay like my home. My dog also seemed to have a lot of fun because there was a garden. It was a short walk and the sea was really quick, and it was a time when there were few people, so I enjoyed the walk. There was also a convenience store nearby.

We had a smooth stay and had a relaxing holiday! It was a lovely place to stay that I thought I'd like to stay again.

I used it as a child of 6 adults and one child.Everyone was very satisfied and it was a great facility.I will stay there again.
