Our peaceful and private studio is located in cool South Austin. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated with a private gated entrance leading you to the 1st patio. Continue the path through the rose garden to the second patio and the French doors to your studio. “Uplifting” inspired the design and includes a seating area with 2 wing back chairs, queen bed with consumer reports top rated memory foam mattress, 49” smart tv, kitchenette, walk-in seated shower, walk-in closet, and work station.

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.
