Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kyneton

Andrew’s Studio was prefect and fit mine and my friends needs for the weekend well, a place to ourselves that we could call home and be able to do our own thing. Andrew was a great host, checking in a couple times making sure all was going well but still giving us our own space. We would definitely stay here again.

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

We had a great week in Ballarat at Selena's place, it was perfect for a family stay which included a baby. We cooked family dinners in the well equiped kitchen, there was room to play in the lounge and beds comfy. Selena was a great host, very responsive for any questions.

A wonderful pace to stay - plenty of room, comfortable in an excellent location. Host was responsive and proactive with clear instructions. We wish we could have stayed longer. We were visiting from USA for a trip down childhood memory lane for Easter - the price had not been hiked for the holiday, unlike everywhere else. 5 stars all round

Doreen’s place is absolutely gorgeous! If you are heading to Ballarat, look no further. Great location - walking distance to Sovereign Hill, 5 min drive from central shops and restaurants. Massive space, especially great if you have kids. Our 4 year old loved the kids area with books, toys. Our family was very comfortable and we had a very comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gerry and Jenni’s place with its homely feel, gorgeous period features and tasteful decor. The spacious dining area with lovely garden view was great, and the kids enjoyed playing in the backyard while we ate outdoors. The beds were super comfy and we appreciated the milk and bread on arrival, thank you!

This place is fantastic! A unique comfy home. Heaps of room. Super clean. Very comfy beds! I cannot think of a single criticism. it was perfection. Would happily stay again.

Outstanding home in a perfect location for Ballarat, being close enough to the central district, but far enough away for peace and quiet. The house itself had excellent tv for watching streaming services, and the kitchen is very well equipped. A great breakfast spread. Too many places give you just enough coffee for 1 morning before you then you have to go and find a shop with the right coffee pods etc. But Christine and Mark have provided an ample amount. Plus many places provide 1 dishwasher tablet or 1 sachet for cleaning, or no garbage bags. This place provides all the extra things you need to help keep the place tidy. Kitchen appliances and little things like condiments all available. Very well thought out to cater for guests who are paying for a home away from home. Mission accomplished. We have stayed in many air bnb, and this would be arguably the best for providing the essentials for a trip away. Thank you also for the easter eggs - a nice personal touch.

Well located one bedroom apartment with outdoor terrace area. Nicely decorated with an arts theme. Louise left breakfast items for us which was very helpful. Easy to walk into the city and to restaurants in Carlton and shops and cafes in Fitzroy.

Gorgeous old building with plenty of character in the perfect location for the international garden show! Karen’s studio has a great view of Carlton Gardens, is beautiful, restful with lovely breezes, and sooo many restaurants nearby (only a 5 minute stroll to Lygon street). A lovely cosy place to come home to. We had a wonderful visit, thank you!

A fabulous stay in a great location. We loved the homely, clean well appointed accomodation. The little extra touches and attention to detail made for a 5 star stay.

The apartment was extremely comfortable - beautifully furnished and very warm with plenty of heating. It’s a great location in a heritage historical site, thanks so much for hosting us! My daughter says it’s the best airbnb she’s ever visited!

Excellent location, perfect for the trains, trams and local amenities. Beautifully appointed apartment, well equipped, comfy bed, great shower and lovely balcony. Our third visit !. Thank you Anne , we hope to be here again next year !

We arrived early in the day and where in contact with a lovely lady Jan who let us in and showed us everything. There were supplies milk etc already there for use which was great. Great location, just down the road from amenities, restaurants, supermarket, cafes etc. Tram right along the main street for easy transportation into the CBD. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Northcote!!!! Thanks Jessica, Christine & Jan

Michelle thoroughly deserves her 5 star rating. The apartment is beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings and great attention to detail. The balcony was awesome - lovely to relax on amongst the trees. Location was excellent- easy to walk everywhere and close to public transport, restaurants and gardens. Can’t recommend highly enough

We stayed at Carol’s apartment for 3 nights while we attended the Frida Kahlo exhibition at Bendigo Art Gallery. As it’s in a suburb of Bendigo (very clear on Airbnb) you do need a car to get around. This meant it was lovely and peaceful. We had use of the backyard with visiting magpies and a large veranda to unwind on. The space was very generous, with a full kitchen and comfortable bed. Perfect for a couple. Highly recommended.

Always love staying here when we’re in the area. Can’t recommend enough post as amazing at their houses incredible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s bnb, what a charming house full of character and beautiful periodic features. And so very clean! Would definitely recommend. Valerie is a fantastic host, helpful, responsive and informative. The continental breakfast was an added bonus and went down well. Thank you Valerie, we hope to return someday.

We had a great weekend stay at Fiona’s place. It was cosy & central to Daylesford with only a 10 minute commute out to the main town. It had everything we needed and Fiona was very helpful with details for check in. Highly recommend this space! :)

One of the most well stocked AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. The place was lovely, with the ducks and the lake right out front. Definitely would love to stay again!

Lovely quaint cottage for a restful getaway. We particularly enjoyed a soak in the spa with some wine after a long walk. Very comfy bed and thoughtful touches.

We had a fabulous weekend at Azidene and would highly recommend it! David was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the private garden setting and the proximity to everything.

Paul and Jo’s place was beautiful, it had such a peaceful, homely feel to it. The decor was gorgeous! The breakfast supplies were ample and lovely and it was so nice to have a toasted Hot Cross Bun for supper both nights. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the home more as we were out all day until late at night. Thanks for telling us about the kangaroos, we saw heaps but we were prepared by Jo and driving slowly :-) The sunrises were lovely (and bright) and the night view was amazing too!

We were truly grateful for our experience at Colin’s place. Colin radiates warmth and friendliness—the kind that genuinely touches your heart. When he said, “you are my guests,” he meant it, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay. We arrived late on a chilly night, but the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by the cozy warmth of the fireplace that Colin had kindly lit in advance. Despite the late hour, he took the time to show us around the accommodation and chatted with us, making a real effort to connect. We had to leave very early the next morning, and without hesitation, Colin said breakfast would be ready whenever we needed it—including his delicious homemade bread, even at such an early hour! That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us. Even though our encounter was short, my family learned so much from Colin, and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you again, Colin!
