Located on a stone wall where two rivers meet, this renovated traditional house surrounded by trees is a single unit inn. There are no other buildings within sight, so you can enjoy the sound of the river, the sound of birds, and the sense of unity with nature, and the water supply is spring water (water quality inspection has been completed). Depending on the season, there are people who come and go from the river next to the house, playing in the river and aiming to reach Kappa Falls. If the weather is good, you can play in the river, BBQ with the ingredients you bring, You can also enjoy a fire. (Please be careful when handling fire.) When it rains, you can enjoy the ingredients you brought over the charcoal fire in the Irori fireplace in the room, or cook while listening to the sound of the river, as we also provide cooking utensils, a range, and dishes. If you go up the promenade along the river, you will also find Kappa Falls about 150 m away. Please make sure you have food and drinks such as dinner before you check in. It takes 20 minutes to drive slowly to the supermarket. It’s a 3-minute walk to the sea and a 10-minute walk to Totoro’s Forest. Enjoy the nature of Itoshima! Two Bathrooms There is a spacious bathroom and a tiled shower room, plus two toilets. The kitchen has a built-in dishwasher. A washing machine and free gas dryer are also available. Each room has heating and cooling for year-round comfort.

Main bedroom has 2 beds, a big closet, working space and another Japanese style room has two futons. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can use it for a long stay without any inconvenience. There is a wood stove in the living room which is available in winter after receiving instructions from the host. The host lives next house, but of course will not disturb you unless guest's requests. Our 花hana is located at the foot of Mt. Aso, so we coexist with the wild animals and rich nature.
