A living room gives access to the open kitchen, which opens onto the south-facing balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The hallway with dressing room gives access to the bedroom (160 cm bed), to the bathroom with toilet. 2 bikes (deposit). Closed parking in the basement of the residence. 2 people only.

Flat with 1 bedroom, for 4 persons max., renoved in 2016/2017 with a wonderfull view on the sea and the old harbour. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is composed of: - Living room (with a convertible sofa, TV...) ; - Balcony (rare on the old harbour) ; - Equipped kitchen ; - Shower room ; - WC ; - Calm bedroom (double bed) without overlooked with a view on a courtyard (with a bike shed). The train station is at 0.30 miles, the beach at 0.40 miles and the aquarium at 0.50 miles.
