We offer a 100 sq. m cottage: GROUND FLOOR: living room with fully equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom, large terrace. In the living room there is a folding corner sofa and a wood-burning stove. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms, bathroom. The entire house is heated and air-conditioned, which allows for year-round relaxation. Guests have 2 SUP boards and 4 bicycles at their disposal. In the garden, there is a JACUZZI (available in the period of temperatures (+++) The property is fenced with a garage and parking on the property.

A charming place at the beautiful lake: perfect for a city getaway, romantic time for two or a weekend with friends & BBQ. Right at bike trail Blue Velo! House is very cosy, fully equipped, heated. This cottage, built in the American style in 2025, is truly special. It is directly adjacent to a pond where, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the surrounding countryside.

Lakefront apartment with sauna and hot tub

The Wolf Apartment-is a loft of a single-family house arranged for guests' needs. It consists of two spacious bedrooms, each with a large bed and a sofa bed; a living room with an equipped kitchenette with a sofa bed; and a bathroom. The shared area with the hosts is a closed vestibule, from which there are stairs leading to the floor. Because we live on the ground floor, we prefer quiet guests, families with children. We do not allow parties.
