Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Lake Buchanan

Very nice house with great views. Clean and equipped with everything you need.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb- it truly felt like a hidden gem. The house is surrounded by greenery, creating a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. It’s tucked away from everything, which made it feel private and relaxing. Though we didn’t find the lake down the house beautiful as we expected, we enjoyed a BBQ dinner and ended the night in the hot tub. Nice house!

Dont hesitate, go ahead and book with Paul if you ever make your way to Spider mountain. Best spot on the mountain. If you are a mountain bike enthusiast, it's a dream.....literally right outside the front door you can hop on your bike and trek your way up or down the trails. We didn't bring our bikes bc it was a rainy weekend but still very much enjoyed jogging and hiking all the trails. The kitchen had ample cookery so we stayed in and had dinner one night and even enjoyed the AMAZING VIEWS from the balcony facing Lake Buchanon, all from the comfort of the well maintained hottub. I'm picky these days with Air bnb hottubs becouse the last few we've stayed in have been sub standard...usually dirty and not maintained...so I was really hessitant but I must say, to my happy surprise, Paul's hottub was sparkling clean! It turned out to be an amazing 31's anniversary weekend. I would stay here again.

We were so comfortable, plenty of space to watch a movie together. Lots of seating inside and out to relax, eat together. Beds were super comfy. House was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials including extra thoughtful travel items in the bathrooms (and I did forget my toothbrush). Grocery store and pharmacy super close. Had so much fun with our granddaughter at the local parks. The deer laying in the front yard, walking down the street and grazing out back were so fun to see. Birds were singing all day. It was so peaceful and quiet. The swim spa was great for a soak after a day out either heated or just to cool off. Our hosts were super kind, quick to respond to questions and provided clear instructions along with fun things to do in the area. House was stocked full of games to enjoy as adults and with kids from toddler to teen. I definitely will not look elsewhere to stay on my next trip out.

EVERYTHING is first class, the property, casita, pool, breakfast, the views, I can keep going. But most of all, Roger and Mary, they never make you feel like a visitor and always wanting to make sure that you are comfortable. We enjoyed our staycation here. It’s only a 40 min from our house in Austin but it was a great getaway. We were very comfortable. The design of the villas is really nice (friends came over for a swim and they complimented the space) and we enjoyed the views of Hill Country and the pool from the balconies. The stars were more visible than what we’re used to. We brought our 4 mo old puppy and was easily able to entertain him. There’s lots of open grass and a dog potty area. We really wanted a place where we could teach our dog to swim. But no pets are allowed in the pool. Also the listing says a 9 min walk to the lake, but when asked, the property owners said it’s not walkable and that it is a feature Airbnb automatically puts on the listing. So just be aware if that’s of interest. I was told by someone that you can drive to a beach and swim with your dog close by. The Internet isn’t great. TV shows buffered. But we were able to check email, do a video call n watch streaming movies.

We loved falcons nest. Beautiful property. Looks like the pictures. We were able to get quick responses all weekend. It was a peaceful yet enjoyable birthday weekend. The gate entrance is hard to find from the dark road. And I was a bit bummed to leave out two more of my close friends that couldn't even visit the property during the day (No day guests past the 10 guests permitted to stay.). But I understood the 10 person max guideline and previous issues they've had with too many guests. We'd definitely return.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

Kathy’s house is absolutely amazing! The pool and hot tub were a hit and a must have on our trip. The area is friendly and quiet, lots of shopping and restaurants near by and easy to Uber from! House was clean and accommodated 8 adults on this trip easily. Will be staying here again next time we come back!

This place exceeded my expectations. This property was exactly what was described and shown in pictures. Beds were extremely comfortable. The place was extremely clean and supplied everything you would need. I defiantly recommend this place to others and will be back!

Sandi and Bob are incredible people and have a wonderful escape in Leander. Their space has so many activities and amenities to enjoy during your stay. You could spend hours just looking through the interior of the Bunkhouse with all the art and cool collectibles they have lying around. We got to see their two buffaloes & longhorn, and Sandi even let us hand-feed them! The Bunk House was spotless and has a vast amount of sleeping space. More than enough towels for taking a dip in the hot tub/pool. We will certainly be keeping Sandi & Bob in mind the next time we come down to Texas!

This was the perfect little getaway spot. Cozy cabin, great views and right by the water. Kelly was great with responses when I had questions and made everything very easy. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

I believe this might be the 5th time I've stayed at Dragonfly. It never disappoints. Esta is an amazing host. The property is gorgeous. She is always responsive but NEVER intrusive. I highly recommend Dragonfly you won't be disappointed.

We stayed two nights for a girls trip and it was perfect! The outside area was so nice to sit with a glass of wine and the neighborhood is peaceful and very walkable. We would definitely return.

Loved the communication with the Heather and Megan! Anytime I had a question they always responded. Gorgeous home and in the perfect spot! My husband loved walking down to the water every day to fish and I enjoyed taking my daughter to Lakeway Park. We also visited the zoo and ice cream museum! One of my favorite things to do was to relax on the screened in porch. We had such a great time!
