Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lake Buchanan

We made some amazing memories at the Quiet Cove! Having access to kayaks, paddle board , and fishing from the dock made our stay so much fun. We ended each day around the fire out on the porch with a guitar, diving with the family. The house is super well stocked which made us feel like we were visiting a friend’s home, not just a rental. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Highly recommended! Thuy was helpful and her place is a lot bigger than what expected. She pretty much provides what you will need for your stay.

We stayed at Belle's home while our own home, just down the street, was being repaired, and it was such a lovely experience. The house is beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped—everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms and bedrooms felt intentional and accommodating. The location is fantastic, right in our own neighborhood, and the setting was peaceful and quiet. The neighbors were friendly, and the host was warm, responsive, and incredibly hospitable. We’d absolutely recommend this home to friends, family, and visitors! <3

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This was our second time staying with Jim and Deb. They are wonderful hosts and their place is beautiful.

I spent almost 2 months staying in the apartment. It has an excellent location, strong and quick to cool AC, and plenty quiet apartment complex. Beyond maybe some miscellaneous silverware, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook and eat. Although I usually brought home takeout from the yummy restaurants around Austin! One additional benefit, the driverless Waymo cars pick up in that neighborhood and take you all around downtown. Super fun!

what a wonderful stay! it is so peaceful here. Jaya's place is very comfortable, I felt right at home. The bed is very comfortable and so many amenities to keep us busy. we love watching the friendly deer! 🦌

Our favorite part of our stay was the view from the balcony. Dead plants were on the patio which needed tending, but everything else was wonderful. Communication was good. We loved the covered parking & all the wildlife. Overall a wonderful trip.

This condo was a great spot for our family to stay while attending a family wedding at Horseshoe Bay. The remodel of this condo as well done and the pictures describe it perfectly. I stayed in these condos every summer as a child and have great memories here, I’m glad they have kept these convenient condos up. Kevin is a great host and everything is just as described. He responds quickly to questions and helps out with other things outside of just the rental. You won’t be disappointed with this unit. Until next time…….

I had a wonderful stay while on a work trip at Obichukwu Joshua’s condo. Directions were easy to follow for parking and check-in. The condo was clean and nicely equipped. The building is in a beautiful setting along the water with a nice pool area.

Good experience overall, no negative feedback. The host made the experience seamless. Whether you're looking to just stay at the resort or explore the area, this is a good option. One small note: If you need to iron clothes during your stay, let them know ahead of time, so they can provide both an iron and ironing board

We really enjoyed our stay. All the amenities, the location, the views from the balcony, the pools, everything was wonderful. All our questions were answered promptly. Our favorite was feeding the deer. My family had a great time. Definitely recommend this place.
