Trex deck (w/ large awning in summer), hammock, electric grill and picnic table. Mule deer and birds often in yard (elk at times). Convenient- walk 1 block to Event Center festivals, 2 blocks to Lake Estes, w/in 1 mile breweries, restaurants, downtown and Visitor Center shuttle. Superhosts since 2014.
