Your Own Private Spacious Nest

This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 1920s home. Main level was renovated in 2024: two light and airy queen bedrooms. Upstairs and basement levels are both unfurnished, unused - you have full run of the entire property! Open plan dining area/lounge. Full kitchen with gas oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher. Central heating. No air conditioning but we do have fans. Washer and dryer downstairs - dryer is a little finicky, please be careful and make sure it turns off!

Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
