Castle vacation rentals in Landes

Perfect stay, everything matches the listing photos and description. The castle is very well suited for a group of friends of 12 people! The pluses of the accommodation: the two wood-burning stoves provided, board games and raclette machines to spend a good time. I highly recommend it!

This place is a true labour of love and testament to Eric&Remy's skill and expertise. An impressive castle, with carefully selected furniture that matches the rooms and a garden that one couldn't get enough of - absolutely beautiful, and with interesting bits to explore everywhere. If you love antiques, gardening, history, this is the place for you. Eric&Remy couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. Thank you for a beautiful stay!!

An evening for a team meeting, in a "friend's house" place where we were able to share a great friendly moment. There were 11 of us, but this large family home can accommodate many more people without any inconvenience. very nice

My partner and I stayed in a beautiful castle room with Marc and Florence. As soon as we arrived, they were very attentive to our well-being. Every morning, they made us a delicious breakfast, which we shared by exchanging interesting conversations. Marc introduced us to the common spaces, like the dining rooms, by telling us the story of each of them, because the castle has long belonged to his family. We were able to park our car right in front of the castle entrance, which was very convenient. The south-facing part is beautiful, bathed in sunshine throughout the day. An unforgettable stay in a place steeped in history, with warm and caring hosts. Thanks again to Florence and Marc:)

The family and I had the best time, we hired Bertrand's place for a family 50th as a special and different kind of holiday and we had an amazing time. it's a beautiful old building with fabulous pool and tennis court that kept us entertained for hours. We rested and we relaxed. The scenery and the location were beautiful (we did get lucky with the weather) there were 9 of us and we didn't fill it. Bertrand was approachable and polite and helped us organize a few things. Be aware the nearest store is a good 10 minute drive away, however the mall / superstore has everything you need so with a bit of planning you will be alright. You need a car here unless you are staying out for the duration. we tried to use local taxis but there prices were higher than Bordeaux taxis so we just had to accept there was a driver on every trip.

We stayed 1 night at this magnificent place. The castle is right by the road, but the location is discreet and suits perfectly if you'd like some peace and quiet. It is perfect for romantic getaways, the place simply charms you with elegant décor and architecture of the house, majestic oak and sequoia (!) trees around, and a lovely forest and lake nearby. We received a very warm welcome, breakfast was served in a spacious dining room overlooking the green yard. Florence and her husband were so kind to tell us stories about origin of the place, and to give a small tour around the house. We brought a 1928 year edition of the French magazine as a souvenir back home with us :) Everything in this place is about history that is carefully preserved by very caring hosts. Would love to come back again and again.

Very nice place with a beautiful park. The pool is very interesting to cool off. Breakfasts are plentiful and varied. The contact with hosts is excellent, Marguerite is very friendly.
