Close to the main wedding reception halls in the area: Grange de Poudepe 50 m, Châteaux Monbet/Prada 10 min drive.

The ferret annex

This unique accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities, located between Biarritz and Hossegor, it is 2 steps from the tram bus terminus and 5 minutes from the beaches on the Landes coast. It offers you a beautiful view of the forest in a quiet area. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful small shower room and a large terrace. It is all wood like the traditional cabins of Cap Ferret, comfortable, elegant, very easy to access and very well insulated.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme avec entrée privative sans vis-à-vis et place de parking extérieur. Vous aurez le choix d'avoir à disposition un SPA/JACUZZI privatif extérieur chauffé à 37°C ( 50 euros en illimité jusqu'au lendemain matin). Pour votre confort, les draps, les serviettes et torchons sont fournis. 2 dosettes de cafés Tassimo de bienvenue ainsi que du thé et infusions sont offerts. Pas de frais de ménage, néanmoins nous demandons de laisser le logement propre.

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Casaloft- Loft (optional private Jacuzzi)

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available for an additional fee (40 euros per night of booking, accessible until 1:00 a.m. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Indépendant de notre maison il est équipé entre autre d'un réfrigérateur, d'un lave linge, d'une machine à café, du WIFI et d'une banquette lit de 160cm. Nous vous fournirons également le linge de maison (draps, serviettes, torchons) ainsi que de 2 vélos qui sont à votre disposition. A très vite !!!
