Stylish and Modern Las Condes - Near Metro and Free Parking

The unit has a nicely furnished living room, with floor-to-ceiling sliding-glass doors, opening to a spacious balcony. As both Airbnb hosts and travelers, we strive to make the the most pleasant living space for our visitors. The design is comfortable modern, with accents from our travels in southeast Asia. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, also with floor-to-ceiling sliding-glass doors, and access to the same balcony. The unit is on the 8th (top) floor. The mountain and city views from inside the apartment, and from the balcony, which extends the width of the apartment, are beautiful. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, with great hot water pressure. We provide fresh linens and towels. The fully-equipped kitchen features quartz counters, ceramic electric glass stove, a spacious refrigerator and freezer, and stainless steel stove and exhaust fan. In addition the kitchen area has a dining table, microwave oven, and a Nespresso espresso machine. The apartment has central heating built into the flooring that can be set by thermostat (please ensure it's turned off while not in the unit). While Santiago's winters are typically mild, winter night temperatures can sometimes reach 32 to 36 Fahrenheit (0-2 Celsius). The apartment has high-speed cable internet with wifi. In the living room is a 43 inch Full HD LG LED television. It features a digital tuner for crystal-clear images of Chilean HD broadcast TV, and also access to unlimited Netflix movies and several international smartTV channels. Additionally the unit has a 20 watt bluetooth speaker, able to connect to a smartphone, tablet, etc. The apartment comes with access, at no additional charge, to an assigned parking space in the building's underground parking garage. Parking can be difficult and expensive in Santiago, and it makes it easy to have safe on-site parking. Most Airbnb apartments in Santiago do not come with parking.......... The bedroom has one large walk-in closet, adjacent to the bathroom, for full use by our guests. On the lobby level is a seasonal pool and gardens. Also in the building is a coin-operated self-service laundry, with several commercial washers and dryers. We are often able to personally greet guests at check-in, and we're always a call, message, or email away to answer any questions or respond to requests. It feels residential but is still close to excellent restaurants, shopping centers, and public transportation. The metro station (main Line 1) is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It is also possible to stroll to department stores, supermarkets, and excellent restaurants and cafes. With the included parking space, it is easy to get around by car. Vineyards and skiing are just an hour's drive away. The Hernando de Magallanes Metro station is less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. From here you have access to Line 1, and to Santiago's main tourist attractions, business districts, and shopping centers. It is also possible to walk to department stores, supermarkets, and excellent restaurants and cafés. Also, with the apartment unit's parking space (no additional cost), it is very easy to get around by car. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. When our apartment is available, it offers a central, comfortable, and convenient, place to relax and rewind.

The studio is great! Comfortable, quiet, glamorous and above all cozy and bright. are 45m2 which include a terrace and a garden on the access. I will be available for any information or help you may need during your stay. Recommendations for walks, restaurants, (my favorite EL BACO, French restaurant in Providencia, Italian Restorants and Creoles)... all the attractions of the city It is located in a residential area near promenades, Cerro San Cristobal, the Sculpture Park, and excellent restaurants, museums, bars and theaters. Providencia is ideal for hiking or cycling. Just 10 minutes from the subway. If you are coming from the airport, I recommend taking an OFFICIAL TAXI to the address. The COUNTER 0386 Providencia Barrio Pedro de Valdivia Norte In normal traffic hours, it is a journey of 15 minutes approx. Calle Lo Contador, is located behind the Sheraton Hotel, a very high and visible building.. another reference to locate the street, is INDISA CLINIC, very visible from all sides. The street is the one that goes behind these two buildings. If you have a vehicle, we have a parking lot. Public transport is a 10-minute walk to the metro or bus. Next to the Indisa Clinic for any emergency. There is a great mini market, SUPERMARKET TEN, in the Plaza de Padre Letelier, 10 minutes walk, fresh fruit and vegetables, Clementina, place to buy prepared food, Bottle shop complete with the best prices and the best Chilean wines... a very nice and residential neighborhood to walk.... Cerro San Cristobal, steps from the apartment... walking along the funicular of San Cristobal is a delight...
