Vacation rentals with a patio in Las Tablas, Valverde

The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Madrid. It was clean and had everything we needed. Maria was a great host and was very helpful with anything we needed before we arrived, while we were there and even after checkout.

The stay was excellent! we were in 6 people, being a baby and a child of 10 years old. The space with backyard was great! The property is large (3 bedrooms) and accommodated the whole family with great comfort. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms with hot showers, well-equipped kitchen, heating... all very good! ! We have no complaints regarding the stay! Clara's service was great, always available and attentive to our well being. The region is excellent, especially for those with children. It was playgrounds a hundred meters each, markets and shops very close. Point important is the neighborhood with subway stations! Our stay was wonderful, we recommend the apartment!!!

The apartment is located in very beautiful place and near to most of attraction places. It take few minutes by bus to be in downtown. The apartment is very clean, and equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very spacious, ideal for a large group. Noi were 8 and we were very comfortable. It is very well equipped, with everything you need: towels, toilet paper, bath gel, etc... The kitchen has everything: oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. The building has a security guard. Fernando has been very friendly and responsive. We recommend this apartment 100%.

Great location, minutes from the metro and train which allows you to get to know the city easily. The hosts are very friendly and attentive to the guests, I would definitely come back.

We felt incredibly comfortable at Rosario's! Even before our arrival we had contact and thus received the exact directions: with the metro in Madrid no problem at all!!! Location is pleasant and quiet. Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity guarantee a supply of everything. The house itself is WONDERFUL!!! Everything corresponded exactly to the description and was perfectly equipped! From shower gel to body lotion and toothpaste (and brushes), a fully equipped kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. To welcome drinks, butter, marmalade, milk, ham (in the fridge) and kitchens and pastries (including plenty of coffee capsules); spices, olives, tuna ... I can't even list everything! Excursion tips and a quick guide for all appliances in the house as well as a plan of the metro! Everything was there! The contact with questions was always lightning fast and super likeable! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back!!!

Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

We spent 5 nights in this accommodation, it was nice, parking is available right in front of the house which is in a dead end, it is a duplex, there is everything you need even a dishwasher, but unfortunately no capsule coffee maker, just a traditional coffee maker. everything else is perfect. We spent four nights as a couple at Barbara’s accommodation and were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. The metro station was just a six-minute walk away, allowing us to easily explore the center of Madrid. We would particularly like to highlight the cleanliness, the lovingly decorated interior, the beautiful bathrooms, and the consistently pleasantly warm floors. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, and it was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds and bedding were well maintained, and the mattresses were comfortably firm. The private garden with a small saltwater pool is charming, though it was still a bit too chilly to use it during our stay (it would be ideal for children in the summer). The neighbor has a strong voice, and we could occasionally hear him in the garden. On Friday night, it was also a bit noisier from the street until after midnight. However, by Madrid standards, the neighborhood is actually very quiet.

Everything went well from arrival to departure, the accommodation is a little out of the center of Madrid but very easily accessible by metro. The accommodation is well equipped and has all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay. thank you

Betty has an enchanting little apartment. We felt very comfortable. We were in Madrid for an event, this was super easy to walk to Betty's apartment. We'd love to come back if we come back to Madrid:)

Ideal place to go to IFEMA, it's a 20-minute walk. Quiet neighborhood and the house with everything you need to spend a few days. Laura was super friendly and made it easier for me to check in a little earlier , like keeping my suitcase until my train came out. Thank you very much!

Maria’s place was just as described and decorated lovely. We felt right at home and Maria even made some suggestions for her favorite dinner spot. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Madrid.

We had a great time at Laura and Daniel's in Paracuellos, very close to Madrid. The apartment was great: clean, comfortable and very well located. Thanks to public transport, it was very easy to get to the center of Madrid without a car. On April 28, a massive power outage hit Spain and Portugal. Despite this, Laura and Daniel were incredibly thoughtful: they provided us with portable lamps and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. The fact that Laura is fluent in French has greatly facilitated communication and was of great help. We highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort, its ideal location and especially for the exceptional hospitality of Laura and Daniel.

Jose's place is great. We were 5 people, had towels for all, they left us coffee capsules for breakfast, salt, oil, sugar, teas and infusions. Something to be thanked. Good location, close to bus and subway stops. At night it is very quiet, you can rest. And Jose, very friendly. If you have any problems you have his phone number to call him at any time. We have been at home. We look forward to returning soon.
