Monthly Rentals in Lastingham

We would like to say a huge thank you to Sara for being a great host! This was a break from a very busy life and it provided everything and more. The cottage was super easy to find and parking was close to the cottage. We were provided with milk and some treats on arrival, thank you. We had everything that a kitchen should have.. We had meals at home and out.. There is so much to do here, but as we just wanted to chill, the cottage was the best setting to chill in! We watched our childhood movies, Superman on a very comfortable sofa.. sleeping was so lovely as the bed and duvet provided was of good quality. There is no shower, but this is the beauty of this place. We come here to escape, having a peaceful bubble bath with a skylight allowing light in is just giving spa vibes.. I hope you do not change this setting as it is a selling point! The shampoo, etc were so welcome! The cottage warms up so well! Glorious stay! We would love to return! Thank you. ❣️

A beautiful little cottage in a delightful village. Very well equipped and nice and warm for cold February evenings. Parking opposite the house. Great some great walks from the cottage. Good pub a hundred yards away. Went for a meal there and was pleased to meet Gill, the owner of Primrose Cottage. A lovely lady who ensures that guests have everything they need. It would be difficult to find a nicer two bedroomed cottage in the area. Everything was great and hope to visit again. Thank you. John and Maggie.

We really enjoyed our stay at Storey Corner. So much space for two people! Absolutely idyllic surroundings - so quiet and peaceful but still within a 30 minute drive of popular hot spots including Whitby, Thornton le Dale etc. Hosts were welcoming and helpful.
