Haydock Park Racecourse - 4 miles. Ideal for visiting Lake District, North Wales and Cheshire. Having a car is recommended.

This is our retirement home, there are no stairs and it is in a quiet area. It is between Manchester and Liverpool, also handy for Wigan, Bolton and Warrington. We have an outdoor inflatable jacuzzi but this is only available during the months from April through to September, providing the weather is suitable.
