The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the surroundings (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away you will reach the lake and the town center where you will find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, tobacco shop. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Torre Lesa is located in the picturesque historic center of the town in an ideal, central and quiet position, a short distance from the lakeside. The two-room apartment is arranged on two levels: on the ground floor, there is the living room with a equipped kitchen, with access to a portion of the garden for exclusive use; the bedroom and the bathroom are on the upper floor. From the first floor, an external staircase leads to the terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of Lake Maggiore.

A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Welcome to the House of Sveva, a magical place with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). A few steps from home you will find the ferry stop for the Borromean Islands, some of the best seafood restaurants in the area, a boat rental and an equipped beach.
