The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the area (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away, you can reach the lake and the town centre, where you'll find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, and tobacco shop. Parking is available inside the residence.
