Second story one bedroom studio above small hair salon. Unique building conveniently located near historic downtown, major highways, restaurants and distilleries. Wi-Fi and on-site illuminated parking available as well. A window A/C unit (added 8/25) helps keep the 2nd story space cool during summer months. W/D svc available on stays over 5 days. The salon generally closes at 6 p.m. T-Th so there will be no traffic or noise after that time. The salon is also closed Sunday and Monday.

In the upper bedroom/great room you'll feel like you're staying in a tree house, and you'll even have your own deck area to enjoy the spray of color and a meandering creek. A literal sanctuary.

Nestled near Central Kentucky Wildlife Reserve, The Nest offers an entire upper floor for one price with two private rooms: Chickadee’s Nest (queen) & Sparrow's Nest (king and trundle), a Gathering room with a sleeper sofa, Paris Coffee Room, bird bath (bathroom), bird perch (deck), wifi, monitor/cable in each room. Located directly on Lake Herrington in a no wake zone cove. Shared dock access with home owners . IMPORTANT: During late fall and winter the winter level makes the dock unusable. Water returns to summer pool level by spring for boating season.
