Vacation rentals with a patio in Lierna

We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment, everything was super clean and cozy. The view was really fantastic! The host was totally friendly and always responded quickly. We would come back any time....

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny's place. It's right in the middle of Menaggio and is walkable to local restaurants and tourist spots. The house itself is gorgeous!Immaculately clean, well presented, and free of clutter. Jenny, as a host was fantastic. She messaged straight away, very responsive and had lots of recommendations. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place and we will certainly be staying again when next in Menaggio.

The place was lovely and in a beautiful location. Anna and Elisabetta was really quick in responding and friendly. The place is so calm - it was a really peaceful holiday. The place is next to a cafe, to the lake, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdressers, laundrette, what more do you want? Going to miss waking up to this view!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was very spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The view from the apartment is amazing, perfect for a relaxing evening with a glass of wine!Location is great, we found it easy to use the nearby public transport routes. Cristina provided details of local restaurants and tour groups prior to check in and was responsive to all of our queries. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Lake Como!

Thi Tu's place is very well located with magnificent lake views. The view is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The accommodation is faithful to the description, nothing to repeat. It was very easy to communicate with thi Tu. She's a thoughtful host. Thanks for the stay.

We don’t have words to describe our stay here. This was everything we needed and more. The apartment was pristine with everything you need. The host was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. She left us a welcome gift which we enjoyed! She even called us taxis when we were less confident talking on the phone. The instructions to find the apartment, check in and out were so clear in some videos. Everything was so easy and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The views of the lake are out of this world and we spent one of our days just sitting on the terrace! We had some problems with flights and asked if we could arrive early. We were lucky as there was availability but again nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be coming back and staying here again. It was simply fabulous. Thank you - what a host!! ♥️

Great location, a few minutes walk from Camo Lago station and few steps from lake como. Felt right at home in a cozy 2 bed apartment.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was welcoming and responsive, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a 10/10 experience—highly recommend!

Casa Gioia with the fabulous natural park is a little paradise! We were overwhelmed by the tranquility and beauty of this place. And at the same time, there was so much to do and discover that both the adults and the kids were happy. The kids loved the trampoline and playground, we adults appreciated the terrace, all the greenery and the fantastic views, all enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Communication with Katrin was very pleasant and Mite, the caretaker, was extremely friendly and warm. We would come back any time!

We very much liked the house and its surroundings. Perfect for those looking to discover the area of Lago di Como. Very close to Varenna and with an amazing view of the mountains. A place to come back to!

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

The Ticino house is simple but attractively furnished. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and clean. We particularly liked the wonderful view of Lake Maggiore, which can be enjoyed from the balcony. From Contra you can do a lot, hikes e.g. to the Verzaskatal, excursions to Lugano, Bellinzona, etc. We were able to spend a varied holiday.

Great place, very clean and with everything you need. Very careful in the smallest of details. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday but then comfortable time to visit Lake Como!!

Idyllic location overlooking Lake Como. Super comfortable and perfectly equipped house. Calm, tranquility, sunbathing in complete privacy, terrace with exceptional lake views. Very cozy apartment with a beautiful view, private garden/terrace... a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature and only a 10-minute walk to the center of Menaggio. The host is always available and pleasant. We definitely recommend this apartment if you want your own little oasis of peace and yet be close to all the tourist attractions on Lake Como. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer ♡

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

Our stay at Enzo and Maddie's place was perfect! The location is ideal for shining in the different places to visit on Lake Como. Proximity to Bellagio is a big plus. The apartment is cozy and very clean with all the necessities at your disposal. Enzo and Maddie are very responsive hosts and communication was very quick and easy whenever we needed it. We recommend it!

Absolutely spectacular! The view from the apartment is mind blowing and the apartment itself is gorgeous. There’s lot of outdoor space where you can relax and take in the views. My parents and I stayed here for two nights and we didn’t want to leave. Nicholas goes above and beyond. He carried our very heavy luggage both up and down the many steps. He left us fresh oranges and prosecco, not to mention both sparkling and still water. He provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He even gave me recommendations for Venice! We would stay here in a heartbeat again.

Lovely 3 nights at Annamaria’s place. Beautiful view which we enjoyed every morning and evening after a day of exploring. 30min drive from lake como and 1 hour from Milan - very easy.

Had a fantastic stay. Federica was easily contactable for additional requests and quick to respond. The location is excellent- right across from the lake and next to the piazza which is perfect for coffee and/ or spritz’ with a view! Short walk to catch a ferry/ supermarket. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

The Appartement was really great. It was clean and the perfect location for trips around lake como. We will definitely come again. The parking in front of the apartment was perfect, even with a bigger car.

Marisa and Antonello are charming and caring hosts. Communication with them was very easy and above all they were very responsive when we had an issue with our rental car. Thank you again, thank you very much. The apartment deserves its 5 stars without any problem. Very clean and nothing is missing. Quiet residence and smooth street parking. The location is in a great location to visit Milan and the lake area. We'll come back if we have a chance.

We spent great 5 nights in Fiona's apartment and give an all-round 5⭐️rating and an extra plus for the loving care 🤗 Fiona was extremely helpful and helped with the reservation for the first two days in addition to great excursion tips and restaurant recommendations. Villa Regina is easy to find and ideally located in the "center of the lake". The apartment is just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. Particularly noteworthy is the parking space with the good access. If you've ever been to Lake Como, you know how valuable it is. Supermarkets, a bakery and a gelateria are nearby. For us, it was important to be able to walk the dog in the morning, but the location is optimal. A path on the shore and a nice little park are 100m away. You have to stay here! What a beautiful place. The attention to detail, the gifts of food and drinks, the herb garden, the fully stocked kitchen. Peaceful spot overlooking the park. The parking stall underground. I could not have been happier, being a 5 star super host myself I have high expectations and Cécile surpassed all of them. Any request we had she was on it. There were even free passes to tourist attractions. I can’t wait to come back and would not hesitate to recommend this place 1000 times over. Just wow! Don’t hesitate.
