Converted wood working shop, spent time as cabinet shop, picture frame shop and most recently artist’s loft. Think New York Loft Meets Mountain Cabin, complete with glass door wood stove!! Now, makes for very unique space. Enter through spacious 2 car garage to original shop, lay out updated for unique mountain LOFT getaway. Think..rustic, raw, real, back to basic, with a Modern Twist! 2 zone mini-split heat/ac! Heat good down to around 30 degrees, wall heater in Bath/Gas heater in Living Room

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

We have an apple orchard, garden, a fire pit, private hiking and mtn biking trails straight out of the backyard and into the national forest, along with a kids bike pump track. Cute 1 bedroom mountain cabin with loft. Escape to the mountains and relax by the outdoor fire pit or have a picnic on the deck with long range Mountain View’s. The cabin is cozy with great wi-fi and TV. King size bed too!! Serene mountain escape for 2 people. Hurricane Helene clean up efforts are still ongoing in the area but the cabin is untouched. Blue Ridge Parkway is still closed but clean up has begun. 4 wheel drive recommended in winter and flexible cancellation.
