The cottage was in a great location in the town and has easy access to amenities and great walks. Its tucked away down a side lane off the main road and is quiet. The parking permits were very useful and parking was one minute walk from the cottage. Plenty of lovely walks around the town and a short walk from the canal where you can take a boat to the aquaduct. Highly recommend :)

Great location for exploring Llangollen. Easy to park, quick to walk into town and close to supermarkets to get supplies. The flat was comfortable and clean, had the best night sleep in the giant bed.

Great location with a warm, homely feel and everything we needed for our stay. If you're planning to eat at The Cornmill, we definitely recommend booking in advance as it gets very busy. We also really enjoyed Gail's nearby! Just a heads-up on parking, there’s no free parking on the premises. It’s on-street parking, which can be a bit tricky to find, though there are two nearby car parks at £8 per day. These can fill up quickly, especially during peak times. There were only a few small logs provided for the fireplace—luckily, it wasn’t too cold during our stay and we weren’t able to connect the TV to the internet. Overall, a lovely place in a great spot!

We had a lovely stay in Nick’s little cottage. It was very cosy, we had a fire every evening and there are ducks and chickens on your doorstep. We would say it’s essential to come via car if you would like to get into town. Chirck castle is very near and we enjoyed visiting Plas Newydd which is another historical house in Llangollen. Easy communication and lots of privacy and respect. We would recommend Nick’s place for a few nights if you are looking for an escape. Thank you!
