Beautiful cottage next to Lake Bala and lovely hosts. Nice village 10 mins walk away and a reasonable drive to bottom of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon). Only disappointment—adjacent to quite a busy road.

The description and location was as good or better than the actual location. Bala lake is literally on the door step. very peaceful and calm we unfortunately didn't get to ride the train or do some water sports, but we will next time. location is within easy drivable distance of Zip world and Snowdonia as well as Swallow Falls, Fairy Glen and Hafren forest. home is extremely clean and comfortable, with an area at back to sit and relax shops and restaurants all easy walk. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was fantastic, everything we needed and very clean. Garden area lovely for our little dog and so many birds singing. Loved that gated area for the car too. Wonderful scenery in the area to walk or drive around. Everyone in the area very friendly and everywhere clean. Really enjoyed our stay and will return, thank you Bethan
