We live in Menaggio, in a big house with garden, close to the bus hub, the supermarket and the beach. Every room is spacious and light-filled. Enjoy your breakfast in the living room or on the terrace. Our place is ideal for couples, bicycle riders or small groups who love trekking. In our house we offer three rooms, available independently: 1) Twin beds with priv. bathroom 2) Twin beds with shared/priv. bathroom 3) Single bed with private ensuite No kitchen facilities. Located on the top floor of the villa, this Penthouse Premier Suite Apartment with air conditioning welcomes you in a living/dining room with a characteristic white wooden beamed ceiling and a fully equipped kitchen. It boasts 3 arcade windows and 4 further windows overlooking the lake. The elegant bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom with a multifunction shower cabin complete with steam bath, chromotherapy and radio. The suite faces a panoramic balcony of 12 sqm. with arcades.

Situated in the quite village of Lezzeno, a rural building with garden and swimming pool is also next to markets and restourants. You can reach on foot the beach in few minutes. All the rooms directly overlook the lake which is directly in front of Isola Comacina and the more famous Punta del Balbianello.
